Lots of trees recently planted so the park is only going to get nicer with time. Their community bathroom has big nice showers that are very convenient for bigger guys that fit a little tight in their RV shower. They also have laundry onsite with vending machines for laundry soap. Definitely recommend Henrie's!

First all their bullshit charges for having our families friends who were camping at the unrelated cap site for knocking on the door to let us know what the days events are going to be (yes even not entering the cabin at all you get charged per person)(also there is zero cell reception so knocking on a door is the only option) Second they have a rule about not having animals inside a veichle. I had my dogs inside my car because I was at the camp site and had to go talk to my parents staying in the cabin and that got them a charge THE DOGS DIDNT LEAVE THE FUCKING CAR and there was not a sign when pulling in about the dogs cant even be in the car third they treated me with such a level if disrespect when my parents were checking in and I made sure that my disabled mother was going to be ok with the rental they told me multiple times "hes not welcomed here with those dogs" even after telling them I'm just making sure my disabled mother is able to get into the cabin and is going to be ok. Fourth the Cutlery that was provided to my parents that was in the cabin was not clean and they have a huge sign that says that they charge people when the items are not cleaned from previous tenants Moral of the story is we will never be using their services again and instead will camp at duck creek. Here are just a few of the problems I will list: one wall of the condo we rented was a giant window. The blind was closed upon entering and it never did get opened and they knew it was malfunctioned BEFORE we entered the unit. So much for the gorgeous mountain views that were advertised!! The hot tub broke after the first day. The company did bring in someone on the 4th day but said it was unrepairable. Ridiculous for a ski chalet when it was intentionally rented for an outdoor hot tub. There were no paper products nor cloths nor soap (including dishwasher tabs) provided and none was delivered. Two of my family got so sick we had to go to urgent care in Cedars. I believe it was hygiene triggered. I am giving it one star because the property manager Mike M did phone me. Also the furnishings were dated/dusty and uncomfortable. The unit certainly had seen better days but the photos in the ad hid all that. As a family we get one ski vacay a year. The chalet ruined it for us this year and compensation of $200 back didn't make it better. How lame is that offering when I paid thousands of dollars.
