You should be ashamed of yourself for making such claims. My records do not match up with yours. This is wrong information. I've had a terrible experience with them. They double charged me for a reservation on the same day that I purchased, then canceled. They refuse to acknowledge that I have been double charged for a stay with them. I only received one refund, but the other charge from the cancellation remains. When I tried to take care of it with them, they (Josie) hung up on me. ***UPDATE*** we received our item but the communication was seriously lacking until I posted this review. All is well that ends well and we did enjoy the stay. 4 stars seems fair. We stayed at the Million Dollar View property in Santa Clara, UT. The stay was fine, it's a nice place but my son left his Nintendo Switch. We called them while we were traveling home, no more than 2 hours after we left to let them know. I saw that they have a return policy of pay $25 + shipping and get your item back. That policy's very existence and our quick response time made me hopeful that we'd get it back. We've called multiple times now and they're been far from helpful, basically saying "if it turns up, we'll let you know" and not saying they'll contact the cleaning staff to tell them to get it for us etc. That's ridiculous. I wish I could leave a 0 star review because they stole from us. We'd have been better off at a hotel, rather than staying with these crooks. For the amount of money we spent staying there I would really expect more professionalism and care. read more

Would not recommend renting through red rock rentals they do not care about the safety of their guests. We rented a unit at the desert color property in March and had a safety issue with guests in another rental at the shared pool. It was a large rowdy group that hit our children with balls serval times and although they were told they should not be playing with the ball (by the resort staff) they continued to. when we tried taking to the parents we were met with threats of violence and profanity. We were forced to leave as the staff was not equipped to deal with a situation like this. We continued to be harassed over the next two days so bad we ended up leaving a day early. The final straw was they were on a large rented boat in the lagoon and they continued to go close to our young children and jump on the boat to cause a wake in order to knock them off their stand up paddle boards. No staff was around to stop them and we were forced to leave again because our children were much younger and we did not want to risk further issues. The rental company claims there was nothing they could do because the resort was ultimately responsible for the behavior and stopping any issues at the amenities and they ended up having the resort refund us the amenities charge for the days we were there. However upon speaking further with the HOA and other management at Desert color, we were informed that the party in question was also renting a home through Red Rock rentals which means they signed a code of conduct with the rental company just as we did and Red Rock rentals had the ability to ask them to leave for violating that and they chose not to. Our spring break was ruined and red rock just pointed the finger at desert color when they were just as responsible if not more as they were staying in one of their units. *update due to your response. While there were other people at the pool during the original instance (who were only witness to one small part of the incident as this spanned over several hours before coming to a head. The guests that did make statements only saw my husband getting loud as he was circled by the mob of THREE GROWN MEN threatening physical violence and it was the only way to get attention of anyone at that point. I spoke with Jennifer a day later and her staff all verified to her our version of events and she was deeply apologetic at the way things were MISHANDLED as it was determined we were not the aggressors. We were loud to get attention not aggressive or violent like the other party. There is a difference. And the staff agreed with us. There were also no guests that witnessed the continued harassment as this party continued to be aggressive and downright stalked us and even followed us to dinner at an off site location and at desert color on TWO other occasions which is what caused us to ultimately leave although we reported it to you nothing was taken seriously nor did you ask for any photos or videos we had proving that this family continued to be aggressive with us you are only speaking to the initial event at the pool. Make all the excuses you want you don't care about the safety of your guests just that they rented a more expensive unit so making them leave would have lost you more money than having us leave. read more

We stayed at a red rock vacation rental unit in St. George. There were 14 of us in a huge house right before Thanksgiving 2023. There was plenty of room and all the amenities you would want. Highly recommended. read more

This is a lovely comfortable house. It has six bedrooms and six bathrooms which ensured everyone in our group had their own private space which was wonderful. The outside deck with a hot tub, fire pit and TV was an especially nice feature. read more

DO NOT RENT FROM RED ROCK VACATION RENTALS!!!! Rented from them on Air Bnb and our arrival date was 08/02/2019. Upon arrival the unit was very hot. Checked the hvac and the refrigerant lines were frozen. Called Jan at Red Rock and an ac tech was sent out. After the tech arrived he explained that the coils were frozen, filter were caked with dust causing no airflow, and the blower motor was dead. He said it would be over night before the hvac would thaw and they could begin work. It got up to 89 degrees before we had to get out of there. After all of that when we tried to get them to refund our money because it was impossible to stay there, Jan said, "Sorry there are no cancellations, our owners have an expectation to be paid as they have already rented the unit." PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! read more

We stayed at their Zion Comfort rental and had the best weekend! Booking is easy and efficient, the home was pristine clean upon arrival and everyone had the best time. Kids played pool, got in the hot tub and loved putting practice on the backyard green. We watched Netflix at night, went golfing and boating in the day. The location is perfect because it's a quiet beautiful neighborhood, but only minutes away from good golfing, shopping, and boating/cliff jumping. Used Red Rock for a quick trip out to Sand Hollow for some Wake Surfing and decided to book a spot in the Casitas with Red Rock. This place was so much nicer than anticipated and immaculate! Customer service was absolutely flawless and they went above and beyond to help me find my way around the local area. Shari, has been amazing helping with our rental. We're in town from Florida for our daughters wedding on Saturday. Which is stressful enough. Shari was so thoughtful throughout this process I did not have any concerns about our rental home. Being in a wheelchair I have to be careful about accommodations she was terrific! Wow! We are currently staying in a vacation rental from red rock called pebble beach, it is amazing and better then what we expected! We come down here for jeep events and its perfect because its soo close to everything, its really a perfect location. The nicest part about the trip was that it is very cold out here right now and we got there late night and the heater was turned on and it was soo nice and toasty inside. It was just so perfect coming into a warm house and how someone thought about that and came to the house to make sure it was heated inside :) the house itself is beautiful. Everything was pretty much new and it was clean!!!!!! Such a great size for a big group with plenty of space. There is no doubt we will be staying here again!!!!! Thank you soo much read more

It takes a lot of effort to find accommodations for my family of 37. My wife and I took our 6 married kids, their combined 22 kids, and my mother to St. George for a fun weekend trip. It took 2 vacation rental homes to accommodate all of us, but Red Rock came through with shining colors. The 2 units were very close to each other and provided us with all of the amenities that we had on our list. They answered all questions and did everything we needed to make our mini vacation absolutely perfect. There are a lot of vacation rental web sites out there - Red Rock enabled me to work with a real person and helped make this trip a total success. read more

Went to St George on a golf outing with a group of 28 guys. We rented two houses from the company and spent quite a sum of money. We have rented a house for the last five years on our annual trip. We have always had a great time and had wonderful houses. This year was no different We had a great time. The only difference was when we returned the company charged us 200 dollars they said we smoked in the location, had wine stains on a sheet, and did not clean up. First of all there was 28 guys and I assure you there was no wine drank. The smokers in our group are extremely considerate to those of us who do not and smoked away from the location. Finally the group all woke up 1 hour early to follow the instructions and clean up the location. We were sent two suspect picture of the violations. The company so graciously dropped their fee from 500 to 200. Really!! Well needless to say our group will be looking for other accommodations. They say the appreciate our groups loyal business, well this is proof you do not. read more

Wonderful rental in a wonderful location with a great view. The house is really nice with all of the amenities. TVs in every room, large open spaces, hot tub! However when we showed up all of the dishes were dirty in the dishwasher. The dishes in the cupboards were dirty too. They weren't just a little bit dirty either, they had stuff caked on them. They did refund us the cleaning fee which was good. Other than that I would have had no complaints. read more

Absolutely loved this place!! We just stayed in the southern escape rental this past weekend and loved every minute of it. The place was immaculate when we checked in. The rental is beautiful and looks like it has been professionally decorated. The bedrooms are large with lots of space and the beds were very comfortable. Having 3 1/2 was a huge bonus and we never felt like we didn't have enough space for everyone. We have a family member that is in a wheelchair and they were able to get around the main floor with no problems and had access to the large master bedroom and bath on the main floor. This place was very family friendly and better than we every expected. Love the clubhouse with the two pools and two hot tubs. Perfect location to get anywhere you'd like in the St.George area. Close to the freeway. The rental agent we worked with was very accomodating and great to work with. I would definitely recommend this place and plan on coming back soon. My husband attempted to make two separate vacation rental reservations this week. One was on Flipkey and the other was on Tripadvisor. Both reservations were through Red Rock Vacation Rentals in St. George. On both reservations, he entered in the specific dates, was given a price, and made the reservation. The following day on both reservations, he received a message saying the price was more than double the original price he was quoted. Hello bait and switch! The rental price went from just under $1200 to $2700 on Flipkey and $2300 on TripAdvisor. We've never had issues like this with VRBO or Airbnb. I think the real problem is with Red Rock Vacation Rentals in St. George, but Flipkey and Tripadvisor need to do a better job monitoring false advertisements. We'll take our business back to VRBO or Airbnb and will never stay at any Red Rock Vacation Rentals.
