The second time I went back because I broke the first frames and because it was not repairable, I bought another pair. The owner gave me a free pair of frames and put my old lenses in so I had glasses to wear while I was waiting for the new lenses to be made. Veyana Optical has designer frames as well as unbranded ones, all for reasonable prices. He works quickly and I only waited a few days for my glasses to be made. My grandmother had a cataract surgery and then 6 months later needed it to be undone. Another 2 weeks later she needed emergency surgery to remove a bubble and will be left with blurry vision in her right eye. The doctor is in his 70's, this experience has certainly not been easy on her and it has not been seamless. I think he may be too old to be practicing and I think she has had to have unnecessary surgeries to correct a potential misdiagnose or mistake. My other gripe is the inability to get them on the phone. If you do not have an extension number it is difficult to get a live person on the phone. After "waiting for a representative who is assisting other callers " for 3 minutes it hung up on me, several times. It's a poor service and a big inconvenience . I would NOT refer anyone here
