I then contacted HGTS, being a local company. I talked to Anastasia in the HGTS office and explained what I needed, She said Hugo would be back in touch with me. That evening, I met with Hugo and explained everything. He was very pleasant and professional. He explained how his company would address my needs and gave me a quote. The quote was 1/2 of what the first company gave me. Based on my interactions with Hugo and price, we scheduled the job for a couple weeks later. Hugo and his crew arrived and took care of everything discussed. They were very proficient and cleaned up everything and there was no other damage. Due to my experience, HGTS also ended up working on a neighbor's trees. Speaking on behalf of my neighbor, we both were very pleased. I would use HGTS again without hesitation

They started out great did a beautiful job with spring clean up. Did absolutely beautiful job on laying rocks and mulch in the front of my home. Weeds were not pulled, grass was cut unevenly and sometimes left long. I had to reach out several times to see if they were going to cut my grass. Absolutely lied about finishing spring cleanup up on part of my yard. She said we will do it in fall but charged me for it. They would cut around the branches on the grass instead of picking them up. Always some excuse!!! The worst was when they chopped my newly planted trees and never apologized. She said oh let's do this to them and I will come out myself and trim around them with my yard scissors never happened. My trees were just growing back and they chopped them again. Her response was they look great let's add this to them instead of apologizing which truly upset me. Adriana didn't care and made poor excuses for things no communication she didn't want me as a customer. I payed them to lay dirt and grass seed and what grew was grab grass and barely any grass. All of this was just so upsetting especially after I explained why I was looking for a new company to service my property. They broke my fence she said they would come and fix it never happened. My husband had to fix it again no apology. After contacting her about this she implied that I had not paid her when I showed her proof no response from her. I never heard back from her so I had to fire them which is sad because they were so nice especially her sons.
