We weren't aware we needed one and there was a sign posted that said walk ins welcome. He left us to wander the store on our own and didn't come over to ask if we had questions or pay us any attention at all really. We asked to take home a couple of samples. He gave us a business card. After a few days, I contacted him to set up a measurement appointment. He came out and did the measurements and said he'd get back to me the next day with a quote. I waited, but didn't receive the email he'd said he would send. A day or so later, I missed a call from him while working. I returned his call that afternoon, but got no response. I tried twice the next day with no results. I decided to wait until today while I wasn't working to try once more. I left voicemails every time I called. I left one this morning and got no response by their closing time today. I'm through trying to give them any business. There are too many other places to go where I would hope we'd be treated in a more considerate manner.

They even moved the furniture for us! (Please keep in mind we still had to prepare by removing all the small personal belongings) but they moved the heavy stuff! The managers even came out to make sure the correct flooring had been delivered and supervised the guys getting started! They completed a large living room, dining room & large Master bedroom in two days! Wow! Planning to do the guest rooms down the road and you can bet I'm calling these guys!

Exceptional Service - Even Outside His Area!…read more We can't say enough good things about Jim and his garage door repair service. Although we were outside of his service area, Jim still took the time to help us. After getting a $1,400 quote from another company, we contacted Atlantic. Jim spoke with us over the phone, diagnosed the issue right away, told us exactly which parts to buy from a local home improvement store, and even gave us a realistic idea of what a local handyman should charge to install them. He said he'd be happy to walk us through the repair over the phone if we decided to tackle it ourselves -- all completely free of charge! To top it all off, he followed up the next day via text just to see if we'd found someone to help. We ended up spending a little over $400 for parts and installation instead of $1400 thanks to Jim. She remembered they were going to get a sample, couldn't find it - was going to call me back. Well here we are - no call, not even a "we are checking on it", etc. So obviously I will have to find someone else to help - they have lost any future business and/or referrals from me.
