Today in March of 2016 they send a bill for 4 months of rent due. Now mind you, from September to December of 2015 my daughter called constantly to find out when or if she would be receiving her deposit back. She kept getting the run around so we just thought ok , no deposit will be forthcoming. Buyer beware. The rent amount may be tempting but if they give you the run around and try to charge you unnecessarily then it really is not worth it in the end.
