This by far has to be the worst of the worst in terms of management of an apartment complex!!My daughter gave her 30 day notice in July of 2015. Today in March of 2016 they send a bill for 4 months of rent due. Now mind you, from September to December of 2015 my daughter called constantly to find out when or if she would be receiving her deposit back. She kept getting the run around so we just thought ok , no deposit will be forthcoming. Buyer beware. The rent amount may be tempting but if they give you the run around and try to charge you unnecessarily then it really is not worth it in the end. read more

Management is HORRIBLE! This is absolutely the worst establishment I have lived in. Management is rude, unorganized and unprofessional. They don't keep they word according to the lease, and all they are about is making money off the students that live here. I moved into a dirty room with broken furniture; it's just a mess! read more

TRASH TRASH TRASH!! These off campus apartments are TRASH because of management and it's ridiculous! I was literally there less than 6 months when I realized this was the worst decision I had ever made. The first leasing manager was on drugs really bad and stealing our rent money. The new manager lady is just as worse! She's charging us with utility bills from October 2016-March 2017 that we was NEVER notified about. Instead of her notifying us that our old leasing manager wasn't giving us utility bills, this lady just starts taking it out of our rent money which of course caused some people to accumulate late fees! These are the worse apartments. The roads inside the apartments are TRASH because it's big pot wholes literally from the beginning to end of every row. I DO NOT recommend these apartments at all! I wouldn't even suggest these be your last options, honest! read more

I wish that I could give this no stars!!! The management is terrible,they tow cars, including residents that live there!!! They charge for rent even after the lease is up and you have given a 30 day notice.They are rude,my lights went out, and no one was on call to get them back on. It was freezing temperature,Someone broke into our apartment and took items. The apartments are run down and raggedy!!! Don't walk away RUN AWAY!!!!!! The management is terrible!!! She is rude and only out for money!!!! She does not give corporates number because she know that corporate would not approve of what she is doing to students!!! This lady had my car towed twice!!! Once because she forgot to tell me that I needed a new decal since it was under new management and the second time because the office gave me an expired one. There are potholes in every street, of this complex!!!it is not fit for the roaches!! Note the dogs!!!! And these pictures are fake!!!! I repeat do not move here!!!!! read more
