At the beginning of the semester, my son was given an apartment after 10 p.m.. with no shower faucet. I had to get him a hotel room for the night. I drove down to Panther Hill Saturday morning to speak with the manager Lenny when he told my son at least he gave him somewhere to stay!! He was very rude and disrespectful to us in front of a room full of people in his office. He then told us he would move him to a different apartment, but the new apartment won't be ready until Wednesday. We didn't have a choice because Lenny wouldn't give us our deposit and first month rent back. He also threatened us with a lawyer so far as breaking the lease. So at that point we really didn't have a choice. The apartment was inspected by Lenny for move in. My son didn't have a toilet seat, a mirror in the restroom, no cabinet, and the shower was missing the bottom to catch water flow. He didn't have a closet rod to hang his clothes. These things were never placed in my sons apartment the entire semester! We personally purchased the restroom needs and took them at the end of the semester. The kitchen had broken cabinet doors, jammed drawers.... If your child moves in, take pictures and save receipts. They will do everything to keep your deposit. They will find something to deduct from your deposit. When they know the apartment wasn't up to standards upon move in! Treat others as you would like to be treated.

This by far has to be the worst of the worst in terms of management of an apartment complex!!My…read moredaughter gave her 30 day notice in July of 2015. Today in March of 2016 they send a bill for 4 months of rent due. Now mind you, from September to December of 2015 my daughter called constantly to find out when or if she would be receiving her deposit back. She kept getting the run around so we just thought ok , no deposit will be forthcoming. Buyer beware. The rent amount may be tempting but if they give you the run around and try to charge you unnecessarily then it really is not worth it in the end.
