I called the number on the back of the truck which was (985) area code but with westbank license plates as I thought the owner of the business might want to know what his employee was doing. Reached a young man who told me to "go f--- yourself, you dumb a--" and then I saw him throw litter out of the cab of his truck and run a red light turn signal across three lanes of traffic turning into three rivers road. I'd recommend not doing anything with this business as they don't hire polite, professional or quality people.

The cost of the arrangement itself was $125, prior to taxes and fees. I'm sure the florist must not have expected us to ever see the flowers, for what else would explain the fact that our $125 got us a bunch of carnations, baby's breath, and unopened lilies plopped in a vase in the most simple and mundane arrangement possible? I'm TERRIBLE at flower arranging and could have done a better job than this. After we got home, we let our local florist know how bad the arrangement was, and they reached out to Brooks Florist to discuss it. Brooks was completely unsympathetic, even a bit snotty about it, and refused to credit back anything for the less-than-lackluster work on their part. DO NOT TRUST your care and dollars to this florist. Your loved ones (and you) deserve much better.
