From start to end, Mercedes was able to get me best price (even cheaper than other smaller companies that I had before). She went above and beyond to make me satisfied (let me tell you that I'm very aggressive and I can say I could be very criticized sometimes). Few reasons to consider and definitely you will find here: 1- Trust: Staff in this office have a great level of integrity. I was not hesitated to give them any information they requested. 2- Communication: As a business professional, I can say that they are very precise and to the point. They worked around all my requests via emails, phone calls, texts etc. I did not have to visit their office even once. 3- Relationship: Even my policy worth more than $500 a month, I was not treated as another number. They even recognized my voice every time I call. They always remembered my birthday and sent me greeting cards for my family events (.i.e birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays). They even stayed few hours after normal business hours to finish my policy. Another time I was buying a car and needed a proof of insurance.
