I had a policy with them and canceled it last year they said they would refund me part of my down payment one guy did the calculation and said it would be $900, second time I called they said it would be more and never did. I was rear ended last Saturday night 04-04-2020 Thankfully nobody was injured even though both cars were totaled, I reported the accident next day In the morning so I was told that the adjuster was going to call me back within 3 business days and nobody called me back so I tried to call the insurance company the and the adjuster's phone number the 4rd and 5th day and no body answer , instead the phone call for some reason cut off continuously every time I called. Not knowing what to do because my useless car is parked outside my home I called Strong Tie Insurance at Bell, CA and I was answered by Fernando who with professionalism, knowledge and expertise was very willing to help me in any way possible, he listened to me and did contact the insurance Companie and the adjuster that I was assigned and the adjuster's supervisor, so in matter of minutes ( because I call Fernando at 9:54 am the call was about 14 minutes long ) by 10:08 I received a text that my adjuster was going to call me soon and I received the call from the adjuster so fast that I could not believe , this was been possible by the help of Fernando who did an awesome amazing and excellent job thanks a million Fernando keep up the good work. I don't know how the other employees are but I can sure talk about Maria Meza. She was my commercial Lines agent and she was wonderful. I was looking for a commercial insurance for a new big rig that I need to insure asap to be able to lease this truck and everyone else gave me their backs because they couldn't do it fast like I needed them to do it but Maria was very patient with me. She was also fast and diligent. She is very sweet and always called me back and answer my phone calls every time I had a question. This other insurance company was trying to get me a quote for more than 2 weeks and they still supposedly had not gotten anything back yet and yet Maria got me a quote in 1 1/2 days! Like I said I don't know this company in general and I don't know Maria in person but she made me a happy camper over the phone and via email :) PS: her quote ended being the cheapest too compare to the other insurance once they finally got back to me I still was saving couple hundred dollars a month with them! read more

I had a problem with my insurance, it wasn't showing active for whatever reason, mistake, and i called strong tie to complain, spoke to Vanessa and she took care of my problem right away. She called the insurance company as soon as we hung up and found out what the problem was and called me back just like she said she would. Said she would take care of it. I had just refinanced my car so she even called the bank to explain to them what had happened and even added them as lean holders. This is by far the most professional agent i have delt with, she was very nice and a good listener, great customer service, and i would give her more stars if i could. This company is extremely disorganized and incapable of following through with their services. We are a business who used Strong Tie Insurance to secure commercial auto insurance for three trucks. The first mistake came when the DMV contacted us after four months of insurance with Strong Ties affiliate that we did not have insurance because they had not been notified correctly. That took a week of back and forth with their office to clear up. No one even apologized acting as though it was our fault they hadn't done their job. Next they continually failed to send a paper to the DMV for our motor carrier permit that was being requested. We didn't receive our MCP for 9 months! Lastly they failed to contact us about the fact that our insurance had been cancelled three months prior! Called the office to double check after receiving papers from the insuring company. Strong Tie said everything was in place and in order, than three weeks later they sent a letter the end of September that featured the date of July 3 (which is stupid because the postage on the front of the letter stated September 17) that did in fact concur that our policy had been cancelled in three months prior! This company is without a doubt the worst for communication and organization that we have dealt with for the last 10 years. Maybe if you are the kind to visit the office often to check on your insurance and don't expect a company to take care of it this might work. But businesses beware of this headache when it comes to running your business this is not the place to go through. read more
