I can't thank Rafael enough. I been trying to look for some one to talk and get insurance for my business. As a business owner and a service provider is very important for me to be insured. Rafael help me was able to answer all my questions and concerns. There's a lot of insurances on line but as for me it's not the same as some one that's a professional and knows more about this topic to explain it to me. My husband has been with this company over 10 yrs. Now I'm one of his customers too. It was a pleasure meeting you. Thank you soooo much. Look no farther and go with Rafael. Easy to work with... Got all the information I needed, as Geisel, one of their associates, patiently explained all I needed to know about my full coverage. Then, she also helped out my brother and was very flexible to work with my brother's schedule. She's the best! 4 years ago I called this company and insured my car. Initially I wanted to give it a try and I was really pleased with their customer service and their prices. I now have 3 cars insured by them. They are always looking for ways for me to save, they make sure that I'm not over paying. I really appreciate this because I don't have to worry about this. I used to have AAA, now I have road side assistance with my insurance and had to use them a couple if times. Never had any difficulties with them. Thank you guys. read more

I was helped by Agent Rafael Arredondo he really did a Great job by getting me what I wanted. Not to say the rest of the Agents are very friendly and nice as well. They don't charge you no Broker fee or anything like that only the first payment of your monthly Insurance payment, which I think that's the best part. I recommend this place to all and will refer people that I know that are looking to get new insurance policy. thank you so much for you help! read more

The primary goal is to give our insureds a lower rate by representing competitive companies like Mercury, Infinity and Progressive, and not charging them any fees as is customary with a lot of offices. I have been in the insurance industry since 1999. I have had different roles including marketing executive for an insurance company. On a personal level, I am originally from the Yucatan peninsula in Mexico. I grew up in Seattle where I graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in International Business. I came to Los Angeles in 1999 where I graduated from University of California, Irvine with a Masters in Business Administration. I am married to my beautiful wife Cristina & have an amazing little girl who inspires me every day.

My family and I have used InVision Insurance for many years now. We have always directly dealt with Rafael Arredondo and have always been treated with the utmost care and respect. Saying he has good "customer service" would not do him justice. He has always treated us very special and has been nothing but understanding and attentive. He will answer calls and emails even on weekends or evenings when he is not working just to let us know he is working on whatever we need. Our situation and family is ever changing and Rafael and Invision Insurance have been there to help us along the way and deal with every change. I can't say enough except to add that he has consistently found us the best rates that work for us and explained all our coverage and changes in great detail, leaving us feeling absolutely nothing but happy and secure. I was recommended this place by my friends dad about 5 years ago and I've been using Invision Insurance ever since. Rafael is the best. I trust him and I know he will always be there to help me when I need it. Insurance can be complicated if you don't understand it, but Rafael does and he will take the time needed to explain the process to you. I frequently ask him to check up to make sure I'm getting the best rates and best service and he always does. He is very professional and always there when I need him.
