We were provided with reliable batteries, chargers and detailed instructions for use. The staff person (and her teenage daughter) were just delightful and provided 5-star service. The trouble shooting tips were exactly what we needed to hear to keep the wheels rolling. And the big baskets on the front were so useful. I would highly recommend Barbel Bikes for EBike snd scooter rental while in Tulum. Perfect in every way!

He provides a clear briefing about the dive plan, site orientation and points out local marine life - Pancho, the resident croc. He is able to make sure everyone is safe and is able to adapt to the group's needs and skill level and personal limits. His hand signals clear and consistent and he checks in frequently. Felt very safe and well-cared for. Even my husband said he had a great time, which says a lot. Thank you so much Rubi!!! He also gave us some local food spots that were also excellent. Would go and dive with Flying Fish again. Jamie is also very accomodating!

His prices were extremely reasonable and he even delivered/picked them up after time expiration. They came with locks and were easy to use. Baskets were located at the front of the bike and I can't tell you enough how helpful it was to have a place to store items while on the go. I truly feel like any other competition does not stand a chance for how easy and convenient it was to rent with Jamie. I can't thank him enough!

Had such a great time at the ATV cenote and jungle tour in Playa del Carmen, it was worth every…read moremoment. They started with a serious safety briefing and the guides were chill and funny but clearly experienced which made me feel comfortable even as a new driver. Riding through the jungle was a rush with a mix of wide dirt paths and narrower technical sections and the scenery was gorgeous with thick green canopy and the smell of wet earth. The cenote was the highlight with clear cool water in a natural limestone pool surrounded by ferns and vines and we had time to swim and jump which was unbelievably refreshing after the ride. Logistics were smooth with on time hotel pickup, small group size, and bottled water provided. Bring a towel, reef safe sunscreen, and clothes you do not mind getting muddy and wear closed toe shoes for the ATV. Dust gets everywhere and the guides take some photos but not a full photo service so ask if you want more pictures. If you are in Playa del Carmen and want adventure that is not overly extreme this tour is worth it and left me feeling energized and happy.

The buggies were super easy to drive and handled the dirt roads and little hills without any issues. The ride itself was a lot of fun, but the cenote stop was definitely the highlight. The water was clear, cool, and really refreshing, and the area felt peaceful and not overly touristy. Our guide showed us the best spots to jump in, swim, and take photos, and also shared a few local tips and stories along the way which made it even better. There was plenty of time to relax between drives so it never felt rushed, and the group size was small enough that it stayed fun without feeling crowded. Definitely worth the price if you're looking for a mix of adventure and swimming in nature while visiting Tulum.

Although we definitely recommend taking a car instead because the road can be quite dangerous and gnarly. This was one of the cheaper admission price cenote's in the area. The whole place is not very big but they do have a platform to jump off of and roped areas to separate the swimmers from the scuba divers. There's covered little patios for you to rest and have a snack. There's also showers for you to rinse off before and after you go into the water. Very quiet and peaceful, not crowded at all on the day we wet. Very nice time.

Did not speak one lick of English which is ok cause I know enough Spanish to get by. They do ask for your blood type which was SO odd. I still don't know why, maybe due to mosquitos? Who knows. There were no other guests when we got there, at least we didn't think there were. We were asked to take a shower as it protects the wildlife in the Cenote. So, we took a quick shower. There is a jump off ramp and a rope for divers to use when getting out of the water. A lot more people come to this Cenote to dive vs just to hang out. We didn't want to dive. I actually didn't even get in the water, cause I stuck my feet in and a million sucker fish started eating at my feet. Like the ones in China that they use for pedicures. I would probably get eaten alive if I went in, so I passed. My friend went in and there were divers below him. That is awkward too! Like are their divers looking all up in your goods?! Cool place to check out and spend like 30 minutes, but that is about all.
