Upon ordering, I was given a time of 35 minutes and a total of $35.00. About 7 minutes later I get call saying that it's going to be 50 minutes and "BTW, the cost is $45"! Hmmmm so I paid $45 for what was supposed to be a deep dish pizza but what arrived as flat as a thin crust one topping pizza . The extra money was supposedly to cover the Italian beef meat that I requested on my pizza but you would have literally had to go swimming through the pizza to find a scant piece of Italian beef . What did I find? Let me tell you , a big huge chunk of brown paper bag flopped in the sauce under the cheese layer . I basically received a hard, burned to a crisp crust with a bunch of sauce flopped on the top , a bite or two of ham , a few crumbles of cheese and specks of Italian beef . I will never ever again darken their doorstep with my money . Trust me, they know that we were good for at least $100 a month in orders if not more. I would say that probably over the last year , the food and service has just gotten progressively worse to the point that now they are serving brown paper bag and charging $45 for it ! I would sooner buy frozen pizza then ever return to Gina's.

I just loved their subs compared to my local joint. First, many years ago now, their location moved down the road from their original location (no biggy) but then their open time changed to even later in the day... I still would choose them over the local joint. Next, this Pizza King downgraded some of their products, especially the cheddar cheese, to a cheaper brand/product... I figured I would just take that off & get a quality cheese elsewhere... Sure it was a little bit of a hassle but still worth it! Now, the amount of meat on my subs have decreased, by at least half & they can not even get my order correct... EXAMPLE- The full super roast beef sub comes on a toasted 11" sub bun with roast beef, cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, mushroom, & diced onion (as in the past, I requested no cheddar cheese & grabbed better quality someplace else)... my last two orders has had half the meat, no Swiss cheese, no cheddar cheese (as requested), mushrooms & diced onions (but more of these last 2 than the amount of meat on my sub!). Sad to say it... but I do don't suggest this establishment any more & we will not be ordering from them any longer.

I've seen her keep her cool under pressure when they've been super busy. My only complaints would be to others who dine in. Learn to be kind! Learn to tip, then tip appropriately, and if you were her bully from back in school and you're still picking on her, that's not cute, and says a lot about you

Not even close. The crust was over-baked and scorched to the point that it was cracking apart and it was as dry and as crunchy as a salad crouton. The bottom portion of the pie was paper thin with very little sauce. There was, however, a ton of cheese. In fact it was like all cheese. Now you might think, eh, that sounds good. In a word NO. I ate one slice and dumped the rest. The box that it was presented to me in was greasy and stained with hand prints and whatever it was made with. Not what I like to see.
