Several times in the late afternoon, I could hear someone in the building, but they wouldn't ask what we wanted at the drive-up. We went to the window, but they were not to be seen. Then today, the woman at the window had an AWFUL ATTITUDE!!! She couldn't take my order without stopping me to ask the question I just answered. Then she snapped, "If you'd speak up, I could hear you". She heard me fine. When I got to the window, paid for my food, and tried to be nice, she said something I wouldn't even slow down to acknowledge. If I had a closer fast-food place on the side of town I live in, I would NEVER spend another penny at Hardee's.

When I tell you Ty, the manager, had the most awesome attitude I've ever seen in a fast food place- he did! He came out and explained the situation to us and asked if we would bear with them. He and Kamari commenced to making fresh food and getting it out to us in a timely manner, all while working the drive-through. Our whole group was pleasantly pleased with our visit today at Hardee's!! The food was good and fresh, just as quick as I've received at other drive thru restaurants with a full staff.
