She even stated that she would fire everyone if necessary. I understand that being short-staffed can be stressful, but customers should not have to witness employees being spoken to this way. When the person on the intercom finally spoke up, they weren't understandable, and when my grandfather asked them to repeat it, they annunciated it very rudely. They then messed up our order/added things that weren't there. We eventually decided on just getting soft tacos because we were tired, and my grandfather tried to order a coke zero. Key word: tried. They gave him a Diet Pepsi, even though they had repeated Coke to us. (Side note, I also checked everything they had listed online, and they didn't even have any coke products.)
