Both pizzas looked ok, but when served they were undercooked. Soft outer crust, under carriage was soft. Between the toppings and the base, the pizza still has the yeast dough consistency. It needed about another 5-8 minutes in the oven to finish it and firm up the base. Sauce was a bit bland and a bit sweet, might need a bit of garlic salt, oregano and maybe some thing to push it into the more tomato acidic profile. Once finished in the oven, and a bit of parm and red flakes it was good but not great in our opinion. If you are looking strong flavor profiles, New York/New Haven style pies... They then didn't have bacon, so we had to wait 15 minutes for the bacon, and then when it was done, it took another 5 or so minutes for them to put it on the sandwiches and serve them to us.
