The dominos pizza is meh , the service is somewhat good, the ambiance eh, over all I don't really like dominos

We love domino's. Our favorite is the Buffalo chicken pizza. This particular location has always been fast and friendly.

I got food from here last night. 100% sure it was laced. A few minutes after i ate 2 slices my vision, sight and brain just stopped working. Pretty sure it made me braindead. I'm still having some symptoms as of today and i do not recommend this dominos unless you want to become braindead!! read more

We have ordered pizza from here for MANY years. The last two orders were missing most of the items that regularly come on it, let alone the extra cheese that we always order. I called and spoke to the manager. After explaining the problems we have been having after the last two orders, he simply asked "Did you eat it??" and then "what do you want me to do about it????" read more

Went there at 7:11 and they told me to wait for five minutes. It was 7:35 before I eventually got fed up and went back through the drive-through window where I watched five employees just flirting with each other for about 10 minutes and then stormed inside to get my pizza. read more

Great service & great pizza. Would call this place the dawn of Logan as it is the go-to pizza place in the valley.

My review apparently struck a nerve with an employee of this Domino's location. They tried to tell me that it was impossible for my pizza to be cold. They also said that the screen for ordering was always messed up. They further informed me that my business was not needed because I was "negative". Well, with employees or owners with that attitude, I will never go to this Domino's again!!! read more

Definitely not happy with this Dominos. According to the tracker our order was sitting for 30 minutes before they finally left the store to deliver it. The driver took forever to show up and once she did, she didn't even have our correct order. She had to go back to the store and took even longer just to bring back a few drinks. (By this time it's been 1 hour in total of waiting for our food and drinks) She took the food with her instead of just leaving it with us (which we had paid for already almost $30) and by the time she finally got back our food wasn't even hot anymore. She acted rude about it and didn't seem to care that she messed up. We called the store to complain and the guy on the phone didn't seem too concerned either and offered no solution. This is the 4th time that we have had either incorrect orders or the food wasn't made properly. We definitely won't be ordering from this Dominos again anytime soon. read more

I have had my pizzas made wrong. I usually give a tip and I don't complain. But the last straw was I accidentally left my wallet there and when I went to retrieve it the next morning someone had taken roughly $130 from it. You guys have cameras you could help a customer out but I guess whatever. read more

I'm giving 5 stars for friendly, fast, and simple service and pizza with a lot more flavor than somewhere like Little Caesar's. My experience here was quick and easy! I ordered old school (over the phone). They girl that took my call was friendly and answered all the questions I had. Said the pizzas would be done in about 15-20 minutes (I was surprised by this because normally I feel like you have to wait 45-60 minutes). I arrived about 20 minutes later, walked right in, immediate assistance, pizzas all ready. This is the third time getting undercooked food at this joint! It's like these people have no idea how to cook a pizza or wings! As long as it goes through the pizza oven it means it's done, either they need to turn the thing up or figure something out! I got wings not one crispy piece of wing in the entire batch, I honestly feel like they were microwaved all chewy and slimy didn't even eat half of them. I like Domino's Pizza. But I ordered a Medium Pepperoni, and somehow it costed me $14... I remember seeing on the website that carryout was like $7-8 for such a thing. Usually good, but they made me wait for 5 minutes while the pizza was done. I was standing at the counter looking at it, and then after asking them to hand it over, i finally got it. Pizza was undercooked, crust was really doughy. I know this is a Domino's so I shouldn't expect to be wowed, but it should at least be up to par with frozen pizza right, plenty of toppings just wasn't cooked all the way through. I called the store and voiced my concerns. The lady I spoke with states" I'll let the manager know". Never offered to fix it. That's why when we do chain pizza we do Papa John's. The kids begged for Dominos because they think it's better, well tonight changed their mind and they see why we always order Papa Johns. read more

Okay, I admit that I order pizza from here all the time. They have a gluten free crust, and I really like it- one of the best GF pizza crusts around. I love the 5 cheese pizza, like a lot. I also love that I can order from an app on my phone (I really hate making phone calls). The GF pizza is pretty small, and kind of pricey.. but it's a good option if you're looking for take out or delivery. read more

How can you go wrong with Dominos? The pizza is fine for a delivery/chain store. The menu selection with their specials is fantastic. Their employees are always friendly. But there have been times when the pizza comes without the sauce, or significantly delayed. That's the reason for the 3-star rating. read more

One of the best gluten free crusts I've had, but they really struggle at telling you what else is gluten free. Dominos is not for those with celiac. The do. give the disclaimer of it not being in a gluten free environment. read more

Literally waited for our pizza for an entire hour. When we called, they were super apathetic about it. Horrible customer service.

I'm glad it offers gluten free, but it's SO expensive. And gluten free hardly ever counts with the coupons or sales. It's always busy when you go in person and the crust is very hard and kinda burnt. They have great hours, though, good delivery and usually if something is wrong with your pizza they'll replace it because the management is really good. read more

We went in and it was not busy. Our pizza was done but they had forgot to put the chicken on it so the pizza sat there while the chicken went through the oven. While the worker was putting the chicken on the pizza, he kept touching his face. Finally got the pizza and it was luke warm and did not have a good presentation. read more

This was by far the worst experience I've had with your store. They system will not allow me to update my phone number. I waited an hour for the pizza to -not- arrive until I called the store I live 3 blocks from the store. I will not only not recommend after this experience I will be telling every person I talk to, that they should order from pizza hut. or walk to the store and purchase microwave pizza. When I called the store, over an hour after it was ordered I was asked "if I wanted it sent right back out to us" The customer service at this location is horrible and I can not imagine a worse time ordering pizza for a hungry family. It took 1 hour from quality check after baking to delivery. The pizza arrived luke warm. It sat there for 20 minutes before it went out for delivery. After 30 of waiting for the delivery, I called the store to see what happened. I was told that the times on the online tracker were inaccurate and it had just left the store. The pizza arrived 10 min later (1 hr after it finished baking). I asked the driver why it took so long for delivery. He said that he had other orders to deliver before mine. I was essentially lied to by the person over the phone. We won't be ordering from them again. read more

I used to order from this location a couple times a week when the Nelsons owned it but under its new owners the food quality has gone downhill. The best part about food chains is you know what to expect when you order. A pepperoni pizza at one Domino's should be just like another Domino's and they should be the same each time you order. This lication cant seem to figure out how to do that. Some times thrre is a ton of sauce on the pasta and the next time the noodles are dry, sandwiches are usually soggy with grease (not too tough to get those right) which is unfortunate becsuse under the Nelsons they were the best food item in Cache Valley. The delivery drivers are this locations only saving grace. They rockband deserve HUGE tips. read more

This pizza was so out of this world that you need a rocket ship to get it back. I can't even begin to tell you how happy my taste-buds are right now. Those boneless chicken poppers be poppin. That pizza oh man that pizza was seriously the best I've had since I went to Italy. I've never gone to italy but I can imagine that the pizza there isn't near as delicious as yours.
