Delivery was great. Was supposed to be 2 stuffed. cheese and one with pepperoni Was supposed to cost $14. A pizza. Nothing else it was $47.00. I couldn't believe it. Pizza was fresh and hot so yummy. Tried to order carry out near closing time on a Saturday night. A female worker said "Our carry out is down" it's closed now. And door dash is taking an hour to pick up pizza's. So it was 12:30pm and there is no way I can get a BASIC Large pepperoni pizza -30 minutes before closing??? Girl on phone said NOPE! Yet right down the bypass I can order a dominos pizza for $8.00 on a Saturday and go to the carry out window and get free cheese dip.! Also they DO NOT tell you on the phone when ordering. We ordered pizza hours before a party and when we arrive they said it would be another 30 minutes because the orders only show up 15 minutes before the time they are due and they had multiple orders for the same time. They were not willing to go any faster. I have never heard of a thing like that. Poor customer service. read more

I just heard that if I order pizza, you will let door dash bring it. I like to see your drivers with the logo on the hats or shirts bring my food. You have a driver Milo that brings my food and I tip him for a great job. He makes sure my pizza is on time every week. And yes I order weekly. I'm not sure door dash will get my order on time. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Called to place a work order and spoke with the manager. We have always been given buy one get one when placing large orders. She would not give us the deal or deliver before the store opened as in the past. She was quite rude. I guess she didn't want over $200 of business that day. We work for a large factory in town and have ordered from this location quite frequently with no issues. Never again! You not only lost business that day but permanently . I called around 6:10 pm to place an order for 2 pizzas (one which was gluten free). After taking the order, the man on the phone said it would be 15 - 25 minutes. My husband waited the entire 25 minutes before picking them up. When he got there, he was told it would be at least another 25 - 30 minutes & there were 4 orders ahead of us. 20 minutes later my husband called to say that he cancelled our order because they told him it would be ANOTHER 25 minutes!!! I signed up for their deals, etc in good faith that they were honest. I am so angry, I doubt we will ever order from this facility again. Every single time we order, we make sure to select "well done" in the special instructions box. Yet every time we receive our food, the pizza is ALWAYS extremely undercooked. Most of the employees are friendly, but there have been a few that had attitudes every time we went. We have had to get multiple refunds over the past couple of years due to the food not being edible. 9 times out of 10 if you call, the second they answer they put you on hold for an undetermined amount of time. This was my favorite pizza place growing up, but the last few years it has gone extremely downhill. We almost never come here anymore. The only reason I'm giving this location 2 stars instead of 1 is that most of the time at least our cheesesticks are baked all the way. read more

Pretty good pizza but customer service is seriously lacking. I'm barely acknowledged when I walk in most of the time. Today I ordered online and was told 15-20 minutes. When I arrived 20 minutes later I was told it would be at least another 45 minutes to an hour. I tried calling after I left to cancel the order and was immediately put on hold before I said a word. After waiting six minutes I hung up and called back and explained ( in a very pleasant nice tone of voice btw) that I was just calling to cancel my order and had been left on hold. The girl was very snippy and told me "well you're gonna have to be put on hold again cause I can't do that." At that point I just hung up. Corporate, please put the Marion location on your list. Customer service is horrible. Every time you call you get put on hold right away. I was on hold for 5 minutes, when they finally answered the lady hung up on me before I could say a word. I called back and after being on hold for over 16 minutes I finally just hung up. I ordered a pizza online. the website told me that delivery would be 26 - 32 minutes. at precisely 8:00 the order tracking told me my pizza was being boxed. at 8:25 the status had not changed. I called the store and asked what the hold up is. the associate told me he my order was ready and would be leaving the store within 10 minutes. 18 minutes later the tracker said that it was still being boxed. finally at 8:49 I called the store and requested a refund and order cancellation. the manager came on the line after I explained what had happened she told me that my order has barely left the store and on its way to me. I still requested a refund. she told me she would go ahead and give me a quality guarantee so my next order would be free. I told her that I don't want that as there won't be a next time. read more

This restaurant sets a new standard for terrible customer service. Part of the problem appears to be corporate. I ordered a $30 pizza from them online for delivery. Their site showed a 99-109 minute delivery time. So, I tried to call them to cancel the order since we didn't have time to wait. There was no way to cancel online, apparently. So, I got in the car and drove to the store. I asked for the manager. She apologized and said that calls "don't come into the store anymore." Another man who was making pizza got defensive and told me that a 2 hour wait was normal. I asked them to cancel the order, which the lady did. When she gave me a receipt for the void, she told me it would be refunded to my credit card in about 5 days. We had stopped going there because we got some bad meat on a pizza several years ago. This was our first time going back. NEVER AGAIN. Save yourself frustration and avoid this business! read more

Delivery is usually slower than advertised. You can expect your pizza within 45-50 minutes. Even the simplest of orders can get messed up so make sure you double check your pizza when you get it. I honestly wouldn't give them one star. I don't care for Pizza Hut so I called Papa Johns. I was put on hold immediately whether I agreed to be or not which is not unusual for them but I sat there on hold for over 17 minutes and finally hung up. I do find that Friday afternoon is a busy time for them and it sometimes takes a little longer, but any other time that I have ordered, my pizza is ready in 20 minutes.
