I came in with my friend. It was my first time ever coming to a Culver's. The young lady at the register was patient and helpful. I ordered the kid meal with the cheeseburger. My side was fries. And the frozen custard of the day. I was given a number and told my food would be brought to me. I like that you can get your own drink. By the time I got my drink and sat down, the food was coming out. I must say I was pretty impressed. The burger and fries was filling and the dessert was delicious. There is also a token on the bag. When you collect a certain number of them you get a free kids meal. Very nice. I must say I have craved their food since being here and look forward to coming back. It was delicious. The portion size was very filling. The place was clean and the employees were friendly. They hit it out of the ballpark. read more

Food always good, the fish sandwich is actually very good. Yes, you'll have to wait for your food but it comes out fresh. Pro tip: order the kids meal and you get the same sandwich with ice cream sundae but check your order, they sometimes forget the sundae. read more

Food is barely edible. Hamburger patties so thin you could shave with 'em. No condiments I could see or taste. American cheese isn't even cheese, its like made in a lab. Shakes were terrible. Chocolate is made with vanilla n syrup. Pathetic. I will never knowingly go back. Got to be a 100 fast food restaraunts better than this. Service was reasonable besides they forgot part of my order. The food & service are very good here. The fries came out hot and crispy. The staff were patient, friendly, and courteous. The food and custard satisfy even a big appetite. The issues were: the long time needed for the food to come out, a rip in the booth, and staff on break lounging around in the dining room near customers. In addition, the pint sized "brownie thunder" flavor custard was almost all plain vanilla with a smidgen of caramel swirled in. Excellent pumpkin pecan ice cream. Would have gotten a "5" but male who took the order got it wrong and it had to be corrected. Companion ordered "2 scoop cone" and got "1 scoop cup". It's amazing that Culver's can screw up a one car parade at their drive up. We waited 20 minutes at Culvers Drive up. They just decided to cancel our order and we had to go in and see what was going on. read more

Not really sure what the fuss is. Got a chocolate concrete with salted caramel and Heath. Couldn't taste the caramel at all, and there wasn't much toffee. The custard? It's ok, but doesn't have the richness custard should have. (See Ted Drewes in St. Louis for an example of excellent custard.) If this Culver's is representative, they don't do for custard what Cold Stone (or even Marble Slab) do for ice cream. read more

This is by far the best fast food restaurant I've ever been to!! Great customer service, fast preparation of food and very very very clean. I ordered the culver 's double bacon cheeseburger and I think God himself came down and help make it. Everything tastes very fresh. The burger came out just like the picture on the menu. As soon as I sat down after getting my drink the young lady working the counter was bringing my order out to me. I also got cheese fries which I thought they would be made with liquid cheese but they used cheddar which to my surprise was amazing. The fries were cooked to perfection!! I also got a sweet tea and being from the South I'm very picky with my tea and it was perfectly made. I really had nothing to complain about. Very disappointed in my service tonight. 1) was rushed through the ordering process then asked to pull forward as the only car in the drive thru. 2) had to wait for my meal while two other cars pulled into the parking lot and went through the drive thru, then was served at the same time as the two cars behind me. 3) I live out of town and although I checked the ticket, in retrospect I should have checked the bag because when I arrived home 30minutes later 1 of the 2 meals ordered was not in the bag! The complete meal was missing! 4) when I called the store to report my missing meal the girl laughed and said that she was trying to carry too many bags and forgot the other half of my order, she then said "the food has been sitting in the warmer and I can come back and pick it up"... again I live 30minutes away. 5) the alternative to coming in and picking up a meal kept under a warmer for an hour is to return to the store at some point and speak to a manager to receive a partial refund... it'll cost me more in gas to drive to the store and back for my refund. I doubt my family will return to this store anytime soon. read more

I ordered the cranberry bacon salad. Good in theory but 80% brown lettuce. There's no way someone made this salad and didn't notice that it was mostly rotten lettuce. Wouldn't recommend. read more
