Just got home from getting my order. Very disappointed pepperocncini order for the $0.75 per pepper didn't receive the 5 extra ones I ordered. And the sauce wanted buffalo sauce because yes the sauce on the wings when you order is very little. It really sucks when you order $60 worth of food and there's no attention to detail. read more

I would give this review a 0 if I could. Our delivery was almost 1 hour late, so we decided we would pick it up and see what the issue was. Turns out our order was sitting on the rack and cold. We asked if we could get the delivery charge off and the delivery tip back, but the answer was no and they couldn't do anything for us but make an extra pizza which would take "15-20 minutes". No, we waited an hour to eat, we aren't waiting any longer. Maybe it was a bad night but left the impression of a joke. Ordered a lrg pizza w/sausage, onions and mushrooms for delivery. Pizza arrived cold, no cheese in the middle and all of the toppings piled in the middle. Second time in a row pizza has arrived cold. Giving two stars because we called and manager initially offered either a replacement pizza (which he advised would take an hour) or a credit for another pizza. I requested a full refund, which he gave us. Won't be needing credit for another papa johns pizza because we won't be ordering there again and didn't want to wait an hour for another crappy pizza. 11/12/2017 Ordered one large pizza. Estimated delivery time 32-42 minutes. After an hour I called, was told a driver had an accident in the driveway it would be 30 more minutes. Ok. But 40 minutes later I called back, was told my pizza had not left yet. At this point to my embarrassment, my guests were leaving. Still hoping that my pizza would arrive. Now at 2 hours after my order, and no one had made an effort to contact us. Young lady on the phone said she could try to get the manager. I understand breakdowns in service, but it's the recovery that matters. Manager "Brian" was totally unconcerned about the lack of service and showed no concern to the status of my pizza. I was kinda expecting a tasteless unsatisfying luke warm blob of runny greasy dough and random bland toppings slid all over the box due to the delivery Neanderthal carrying my pie like a skateboard. I'm actually in shock... Papa's pan pizza ain't bad! Delivered hot with toppings fresh, (intact and correct), the sauce was tasty and the pan crust was really pretty good. Ordered delivery after 50 minutes of waiting checked the app to find out my order had been cancelled and when I called they knew exactly who I was and they told my address was incorrect and they had tried calling me. I had my phone on me the whole wait and confirmed they called the number I was calling from. Finally hung up and called them back they answered and I told them that I had called earlier and no one answered to take my order. He said that they were busy and that he would get back with me. Only giving one star because no star is not an option. My friends and I were coming out of the nail salon next to Papa Johns and the driver almost hit us. He came in to the parking lot going at at high rate of speed and then flipped us off! I went to speak with the manager and he just ignored his employees behavior. Didn't hold him accountable and asked me to leave. I guess it is true. They have NO respect for women or any of their customers. I have ordered from them in the past but will NEVER order anything from them again. I hope this driver doesn't end up seriously hurting/killing anyone with his reckless driving. If I could give negative stars I would!!! I ordered 3 pizzas for delivery and only got 2. When I called the store, they said they wouldn't be able to deliver the 3rd that evening and I could get a free pizza on my next order. FREE PIZZA?!?! No, what they were forcing me to do was pay for the pizza today and get it later. I asked for them to simply deduct the cost of the pizza from my current order and credit that amount back to my card. They were unwilling to do that. I told them that if they couldn't make this right that night, then I would simply charge back the full amount of the order with my credit card company, which I did. Now, when I try to order, they won't accept a credit card payment. Between my home and office, I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of pizza from papa john's. This is the only time I have charged back an item. It seems that the restaurant is willing to force the customer to bear the pain of their quality failures. read more

The most DISGUSTING exhibition of food preparation EVER! Friday night, 05/01/15, while standing at the counter waiting to pick up my pizza's, I was watching the food prep line and this young girl (blonde hair w/short ponytail and ball cap on backwards) in the middle of making someone's pizza, reaches down w/her left hand and puts it in her sweaty sneaker to rearrange on socks and then, with that same hand reaches into a toppings bin and grabs toppings and continues to make the pizza! I told the young man working the phones and he walked back and I guess told her she was busted, and made her wash her hands. But then, she goes back and finishes the pizza. When I called to complain, the general manager, Brian, was very condescending and rude. He blamed me for my pizza being burnt by saying it was because of the way I ordered it.
