Outstanding burgers. Our favorite "go to" is the Brazilian. Always freshly mage. Darn good Blue Bell shakes, too.

I had dreamed of visiting this place before it moved from new Mangolia to Montgomery. I am a sucker for a chili cheese dog. We just tried this place on a whim, and I gotta say, I was gravely disappointed. We pulled up to no one in the parking lot, wasn't even sure if it was open. We walk in to a very dark, dreary restaurant. The cashier took our order and seemed very confused or as if she couldn't hear what we were asking for. Food came out at a decent speed, only to find the chili cheese dog cold and the onion rings EXTREMELY salty. My husband's food seemed to be warmer than mine and the fries, better. THAT is the only reason for the one star. Such a shake because we would gavw gladly made the drive from old Magnolia to enjoy a delicious burger or hot dog! We have decided not to return. read more

For a strip mall, their burgers are pretty legit. The place was kinda empty so I was a bit concerned, but the workers came out and took our orders. Burgers were good and made to order. Not a fine dining establishment, not romantic at all, but great place for a lunch date or quick burger! read more

We purchased the Montgomery Burger combo with Cheddar cheese and the World's Burger combo. Both burgers were absolutely delicious. The Montgomery Burger comes with jalapeños and it is the perfect heat combination with every bite. The fries are homemade and did not disappoint. Why 5 stars? Because the food was a step up in quality from the norm. --- --- --- When I recently moved to the area, one of my first priorities was to bookmark many highly rated restaurants near my new house. World's Burgers was definitely one that jumped out to me - close by and 4.5 stars. Plus, I almost permanently crave burgers. When I walked in, my first impression was that I was surprised that the rating was so high. It seemed pretty divey, but not necessarily so divey that it was cool. It was kind of in that dreaded in-between phase where it was run down, but not really hipster status. But sometimes first impressions are off and that was the case here. I ordered the BBQ Burger and it was very obviously made with love. Truth be told, I felt like the wait for this burger was longer than I expected it to be, especially since the restaurant was virtually empty. But after my first bite, I realized why: they literally made everything from scratch. And it tasted like it. I will definitely be back in the future. There were several burgers I wanted to try, but I opted for the BBQ because I'm always a sucker for that. But next time, I will have to go with one of the 5-6 options on the menu that looked amazing. read more

I believe in fairness, so let's with the positives. Food: The burgers were large and fresh. They weren't seasoned, but they were fresh. The waffle fries were ok. Restaurant: It was one of the cleanest burger joints I've seen in some time. Now the not-so-positive aspects. Service: GrubHub was being typical, so when I arrived at the restaurant, they did not have my order. The lady at the counter proceeded to ask me why I didn't just go to their website since it's "cheaper." That annoyed me because 1) I can afford a burger ma'am. ‍. 2) I was not from the area and the point of being a YELP GIRL is to a access the best services when I'm unfamiliar areas! She was snarky about having to take my order since Grub Hun hadn't properly communicated but I'd that's not my fault, don't offend the customer. Duh!!! Then she and the cook proceeded to fuss about the situation in Spanish which I found hilarious considering I'm a teacher so my students have taught me to understand . The cook didn't even speak when he gave me my INCORRECT order. I was in the area to work at a wedding so I had no time to deal with it. Another annoyance was that I specifically repeated my desired toppings MORE THAN three times and both burgers were wrong. Bottom line: I won't return. This is a hole in the wall but don't let that fool you. Have some patience when ordering because it's worth it. I will say, don't go with the smaller patty unless it's for a kid. I loved this place and would take this place over a 5 guys any day of the week. You're going to pay as much as you do at 5 Guys, but its a totally different experience. At 5G's, you expect the fast food experience, even though there is nothing fast about it. Here, for about the same price, is a much better experience, and its a local business. I can't believe the price I just paid for this quality of food I received the food had no flavor mind you this post is just my opinion and everyone is entitled to one. I got the chili burger and my wife got the bbq burger we both tried each and the only flavor on hers was just bbq sauce. My chili burger was very bland. We also got an order of fried mushrooms there were pockets of raw dough it made it taste grainy. Also the fries portion, for a bigger order if your goin to charge for a bigger order of fries then give the extra fries ordered. I understand the inflation in the market right now but if your gunna say large don't charge for a large and give a kids size portion. Not worth the $50 spent by any means. Handmade/homemade burgers that are huge and so delicious! I had the mushroom burger so much better than 5 guys, Fuddruckers or anywhere else. Handcut fries and the onion rings are delicious as well. My husband had the Texas burger which had jalapeños and ranch beans and other goodies. He loved it. My picky teen had the hot dog and he downed it all, along with his order of fries and an order of onion-rings. Topped off with their handmade milkshakes. I'm SO sad! I've had this place before and it was really good. I ordered the chili burger this time. This time the bun was hard and almost stale. The burger was super dry and there was almost no chili. The waffle fries were decent but a little mushy. I live 1.5 minutes from there so the fries being mushy was not due to a long ride home, just not cooked at a high enough heat. I'm hoping this was just a 1 time deal and this place isn't going downhill. It really use to be a great place, hopefully they aren't skimping on ingredients to make up for costs like so many other awesome places. read more

Salt! The burger was rather bland for my taste. It was fresh, but needed flavor. While I'm not a big fan of salt, rarely putting it on anything, this needed salt. Seriously! If I think it could use salt, I'm fairly certain the majority will find it tasteless. For point of reference, I ordered the Mushroom & Swiss with onion rings. The onion rings had salt on them, and were a bit over salted for my taste. I suspect they were perfectly seasoned for most people.
