This location always seems to be overwhelmed at times. If a mistake is made they will try to rectify the situation. I usually have a specific order so I try not to be too critical about my pizza. But you can tell a rush job anywhere. From ingredients just being piled & thrown on to dough not being completely cooked. Pizza and garlic knots. I order thru the app mostly so it's usually the same Order. Just different locations I recently moved to the area and don't like many other establishments when it comes to pizza. But I have had to try others because of the issues with the mount zion location. I'm have not received my refund for a dessert that they didn't have that wasn't communicated until I arrived for pickup. Delivery is laughable at times. Luckily I like the taste of this pizza pizza chain or I would not order from them again. My kids already over them which is bummer because we usually have to order different pizzas anyway to accommodate everybody. We gotta tighten up tho I don't like other pizza places. Wow... bad pizza and terrible service. When I came in to pick up, the guy who came to the front just stared straight through me when I asked about my order, then went back and started making pizzas. The next employee that came out of the back, looked at the two people waiting on orders and promptly started folding boxes (ignoring everyone). The last guy who finally came out of the back, brought us out a pizza missing the extra sauces we ordered and to top it off, when we got home, the pizza was severely under cooked. So why is it that when we received our pizza, there was spinach on it. No idea. When we called I was repeatedly told "We made it right." Papa John's Store #780 in Morrow, GA sent me someone else's order (07120/0189) instead of my own (78072/0550). I spent over an hour being played with. I was either placed on hold for an absurd amount of time, or I was hung up on because they started recognizing my number each time I called back. I used to go to this location for carry out but then I seen how the manager Erica treats customer and constantly stands by the back door smoking and the whole restaurant fills up with cigarette smoke while there are customers in the lobby being . And if people complain about the slow service because all the employees are standing in the back smoking or if there is a problem with your food don't ask Erica to correct it because she will bite your head off. Their Pizza used to be okay until Erica took over as manager and until she leaves I will never come back. So much cigarette smoke in the store smells like a bar not a pizza shop. I hate ordering from this location and as a result we don't use our local Papa John's that is less then 5 miles away we order and pick up from the one in Stockbridge. I've ordered from here twice. The first time I picked up and was missing my jalapeños, knocked and waiting and the guy ended up being me Pepperoncini peppers no big deal. Second time a few weeks ago I ordered 8 garlic parm wings with a side of jalapeños. Food got here and all of the sauce was dripping out. So I go to transfer to the air fryer and there were only 6 wings. I called the store and the LIL GIRL that answered acted as if I was lying and stated oh well we gotta wait until the delivery driver comes back. Over an hour went by no call so I called back. She answered again and tells me it's only a 2 dollar difference. I tell her I don't care what it is I paid and didn't receive it. She says well I have to wait for the manager to get done making pizzas ok no problem. So I ask her how is he going to process a refund when you haven't asked my name number order number last 4 of credit card, nothing. A few days went by no refund. The absolute worst service ever! Me and my husband order papa John's on the regular basis but this store should be shut down!!! The manager that I spoke to by the name given to me "Erica" was the most rude person I've ever spoke to! I ordered a pizza that was fine but I ordered garlic knots that were delivered burnt and cold! I was told by a cashier that I would get a credit, when I called to get the credit, Erica explained to me I had to pay two different delivery fees (the garlic knots were free because of their lack of performance and the pizza I ordered! ) when I called and spoke to her she cut me off saying " ma'am I'm going to wave one deliver fee, IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I CAN HELP U WITH?!"
