Put in order at 6. App said 16 min wait. Arrived 636. Signed for pizza. Was told in oven and be another 5 min. Went inside 649. Was told there's no order and they have no pizza. I told them I already signed for it. Was then told order went to another papa John's. Finally found order and refunded it. Offer to make food but didn't want to wait for another 20 min being already waited an hour at that point. Was told the app is inaccurate and can't be trusted. Was rude. Will never go back. I have been ordering from here for a while now and never really have problems but lately.. it takes forever to get my pizza and it's always obvious it was rushed. Today was the worst so far. I've never had to heat up a pizza that was just delivered to me but today that was exactly the case. Which is understandable every now and then but then it was gross. Idk what it was about it but I didn't even eat it. So I call up there to see if they could fix it for me and some rude girl on the phone got an attitude with me. My wife and I found pubic hair in our pizza last time we ordered (last week). That is just disgusting. She found it after we both ate some. I have deleted my App. We will never eat at Papa Johns again anywhere. It is time to stop eating "industrial food" anyway I guess. I hate getting pizza delivered because it usually just takes to long, and the food gets cold, but that's not the case with this Papa John's store. Growing up as a kid, I was always a fan of Pizza Hut. After stepping into this amazing facility, I have parted ways. The level of richness and freshness in the ingredients of this establishment is through the roof. The management and customer care that this papa johns team Provides makes it feel as though you are eating at your home. I really wish the same management would open up more stores across the Carolinas. I am looking forward to trying the new Subs papa johns has to offer. read more

They were too busy to even take my order over the phone! I called twice the second time that they try to put me on hold. I said miss I was previously on hold will you please take my order. She throws the phone down and says can someone come get this. All I could hear in the background was I'm too busy.... So I hung up the phone and will not be calling back. I went to this location about a week or so ago. Went in there was greeted by multiple people that's was not the problem at all. I had to wait for and additional 45 minutes over what the quoted me. Every time I asked about my pizza this young blonde girl kept saying she didn't know where it was then I was finally told by a person that Was also waiting that the pick up orders get made last so they can get deliveries out. I think that is the most messed up thing ever so carry out customers have to wait but delivery doesn't that doesn't sit well with me. Got my food home it was cold I mean really cold. This is a rural community and the driver has to drive 7 miles to deliver my pizza. I did not expect it to be hot. I was not disappointed. I ordered 3 toppings, bacon, mushrooms & black olives. It arrived in 40 minutes which is the time frame I was told. The pizza was supposed by $12 plus change for large 3 topping pizza. It was $17 and change. I gave the delivery person $23. Opened the pizza and no bacon. It was pepperoni, mushroom & black olives. 3 toppings. How can you get that wrong? I called PJs and the person that took the order put me on hold for the manager. The manager said "we'll make another pizza for you and the delivery person can bring it to you when he gets back in. That would have taken at least another 40 minutes which would have put eating at 9:30-9:45. A little late for Sunday night dinner. Manager did not offer future replacement, only replacement later that night. That would have meant the driver probably would have expected another tip. Not his fault unless he also makes the pies. So we were very disappointed. Pulled the pepperonis off and ate the not so hot pizza. I will never order from that PJs again. read more
