The Lasagna and Chicken Parmesan were excellent--perfectly seasoned and clearly prepared with fresh, house-made ingredients. The Fettuccine Alfredo was good and served as a nice, creamy addition to the plate. My wife had the manicotti and thought it was great; it's definitely a winner if you're a fan of stuffed pasta. What really made the night was our server, Marin. She was great--professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive. We never had an empty glass, our items were served hot and accurate, and she checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. It's rare to find service this seamless. Service was quick and attentive, and the pizza arrived pretty quick. I prefer a thin crust but their crust is a little thicker than that but still very good. All in all very tasty experience. It does make 2 meals if you eat half there, and take a to go box for later. Your free tip of the day.

For the main meal, we went with the Baked Mac Poseidon, Chicken Parmigiano, Meatball Marinara, and Eggplant Parmigiano. The chicken and meatballs here are fantastic. The eggplant was maybe the best I've ever had. Anywhere. The Baked Mac was the only dish I didn't love, and that stems from the fact that I have never liked mixing cheese and seafood. If that's your thing, I say go for it. As a bonus, these guys can make a pretty good Bloody Mary. I'll be back. If you're driving anywhere near the county seat of Logan, it's worth a stop. We started with spanakopita bites which the chef recommended and they were flakey and delicious. The homemade bread was excellent. I ordered Salmon Dijonaise and it was served with herb roasted potatoes and Brussels sprouts. I also ordered a side of haricot verts. Everything was perfect, and the salmon had great flavor. My colleague ordered a small spinach salad and Sundried tomato pesto penne. Servings were generous and we ended up asking our server to box up half of our entreès. Lunch for tomorrow, yay!
