Educate them on the meals that are offered. Not knowing what is in a dish is ridiculous. Not telling us about the Friday fish fry (we found out after dinner). When a burger got missed on our order because of the server, have the kitchen rush on a burger instead of one person in our party of eight waiting 45 minutes for their burger while we all ate.
