This time we called ahead to get orders in to make sure the rush didn't beat us to dinner and boy was it worth it. Sam working the front of house provided great service, friendly with checking and had some good tips on what to order after asking some questions. We order some cheese bread to enjoy as I considered what I wanted. Dipping sauces too, everything is made in-house and the ranch and vodka sauces were awesome. The pizzas are 10 inch, individual sized which meant we could make separate, different choices. I went with the Queen with vodka sauce adding pepperoni and sausage, it was yummy. A typical kind of pizza for sure, but that's a really good gauge on dough, sauce, etc cause I have has lots of pizzas with similar listed ingredients. And this had really good flavor! A few spots where air bubbles created very thin areas were cooked more than looks great but the bit of oaky flavor was fantastic. My friend Sean got something really unique, something he had thought about before when he was there but he regularly orders other things. We were both intrigued by the idea of a loaded potato pizza and I am so glad that he went for it and shared! I seriously will be craving it. So unique with the garlic herd cream sauce, and it was a good call to add sausage. They have a full bar, make frozen custard, and more. The interior is small, with some cool murals on the walls. I hadn't been to downtown Waterloo but it's nice. There were some fun murals but in an old downtown area with lots of shops nearby and murals to check out too.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. You order drinks at the bar and food at the food window near the back. They have a large selection of beers and cocktails. There is are easy to read, large signs with the beers and drinks on the menu. The bartenders are helpful if you want more info about the style of beer. There is plenty of bar seating and a large area with tables. When the weather is nice I love the patio! Several large tables, a nice fountain and large tree to provide some shade. I have also tried many things on the menu and the must try is for sure one of their pizzas! Perfect size for two people to split. They have a range of your typical toppings and some that are unique. I was advised he was the manager Chris who may be the general manager which is even worse the way I was talked too He called the driver who said she delivered to us, our address number is on the house and have a glass front door, the driver never came to our house. When I tried to get information where she delivered it he continued to talk over me asked if I want them to remake it or what or refund it I was trying to see if I could find out if she even went to the right subdivision but was over talked When I asked why he was talking to me that way and loud he said he has already apologized and the calls are recorded So because your over talking a customer and argumentative then it's ok because your apologizing in the same breath? I'm glad the calls are recorded so they can see how a manager talks to a customer and acts as if we were not being honest about our order because as he said the driver said she delivered it to you I never leave reviews and was in the service industry forever and would not treat a customer that way!
