I've given this place multiple chances, and the result has been the same every time: disappointment. I've ordered both pizza and subs, and the quality has been consistently poor. The pizza lacked flavor and freshness. On my most recent sub order, I paid extra for additional meat and received what amounted to roughly two pieces of bacon per half. That is not "extra" by any reasonable standard. The sub itself tasted stale and did not seem freshly made. This location was formerly Paparoni's and is now operating as Timmermans, and the decline in quality since the ownership change is obvious. What's more concerning is how criticism is handled. Customer opinions and negative feedback appear to be removed or hidden on their Facebook page, which suggests an attempt to control the narrative rather than address legitimate issues. If a business truly stands behind its product, it shouldn't feel the need to silence dissatisfied customers. I'm posting this here because honest reviews should remain visible to the public. Ordered a family deal large pizza (half cheese, half pepperoni) and sweet sauce country boneless chicken wings and it came with 2 liter bottle of soda. Service was prompt and friendly. Everything was ready within the promised time frame of 20-25 mins. That was great! As far as the pizza, I'd rate it a 3. Average overall. Nothing super special about it. The boneless chicken wings I'd rate a 3 as well. This is a pizza shop in my hometown, so it has some memories attached. However, I did not let them influence my rating. Hands down the worst pizza delivery service i've had in my life !! my boyfriend and i ordered religiously- 2 nights ago we ordered went inside through the GARAGE the lady allegedly had gotten stuck in that time , we didn't hear her ring the doorbell because we were NOT in the house. so someone else answered the door while she was standing there ringing it MULTIPLE times. the person who answered the door was apparently "rude" mind you it wasn't my boyfriend nor i - we were in the GARAGE. eventually my boyfriend goes outside and HELPS HER get out she was clearly intoxicated slurring her words ect. but regardless he helped her get out after she backed down the ONLY NON PLOWED PART OF THE DRIVEWAY instead of backing straight down where it was PLOWED. common sense? probably but we didn't care. we call today and the phone girl says "yeah we don't deliver there cause someone was rude " first of all. grow up it's food service people are going to be rude. secondly no one would listen when i said , i'm sorry but i'm not the one who was rude and that person ISNT here right now so can we place the order ? regardless they lost their most reliable costumers i will never go back here again. i DO NOT RECOMMEND read more

This is not the place for pizza. A year ago I did not have a pleasant experience so I decided to give them another try since I was back in town. The pizza was still undercooked and the box was soggy. The crust was white and doughy. We had to put it in oven to properly finish cooking the pizza. Wings also had no sauce. Less than 1 star. Ordered a $28! ($32 w/ delivery tip) large pizza a(double cheese & double pepperoni). 1hr 15min later, got a pizza w/ 3x cheese on 1/2 & none on other 1/2. Called & was offered new pizza or credit. Took the credit. THEN was told to text a pic so the owner could "see nothing wrong with it". Ok, give me the pizza. NOPE. Took the credit, so I have to call the owner in 2 days to discuss it w/ him. WTF?! $5 worth of product & I have to fight for a $28 f-ing pizza. I am a small business owner & I would NEVER do this to a paying customer!!!! Told them to take my info out of their system & I will NEVER order from them again. The place is great. I ordered a hot fudge came with no hot fudge on the sundae and the ice crystals in the ice cream are the best. My dog wouldn't eat it. It's was $14.87 for two hot fudge sundaes and a small ice cream with no hot fudge. read more

So i decided to order the kids pizza today for lunch from Paparoni's here in Pavilion NY. The pizza came fast and it was hot. When i opened it this is what i found. So i called there and the owner answres and i tell him that the pizza is messed up really bad and that id like a new one made. He tells me dont bother calling there to order food anymore and that i was lying. So here is the proof. If anyone knows a way that i can contact the better business bureau or something where i can report them i would greatly appreciate it. Ive worked at many pizza shops and I would NEVER treat a customer the way he treated me. I don't recommend ordering from here ever. read more

If you happen to order on a night when the staff isn't made up of mostly teenagers, then you may get a halfway decent meal. Consistency is NOT key in the establishment. Do not bother order extras of the basic things (lettuce, tomato, onion etc...) you won't get it. In fact you'll be lucky if they get your original order right. Unfortunately when you hire kids who do not care about the product that goes out your doors, you will end up serving junk! read more
