Place reminds me of Moomers in Michigan. The ice cream taste similar. I love that they have the Superman flavor, it originated in Michigan too! Fun fact haha. This shop is super cute and fun to be in. The ice cream was 11/10 and I liked their different flavor cones! The service was quick and kind. Can't wait to come back with my daughter

Amazing ice cream selection! Flavoured cones, great ice cream flavours and I haven't even spoken about the delicious, must have shakes. This is a must see/must eat/must indulge

DEATH BY CHOCOLATE!!! The sweet flavor of death never tasted so good.

In Wichita visiting family and friends and couldn't resist stopping in to cool down with some ice cream. The building holds a classic exterior blending in with the neighborhood, but adventure awaits inside. The menu offers a variety of ice creams, coffees, shakes, etc. There was a line to the door when we arrived but that quickly diminished as the staff moved efficiently to help everyone. My wife had a couple of scoops, I went for the "Death by Chocolate" shake cuz when in Wichita!!! The shake hit the spot, and many future spots. The thing was sweet without being too sweet. The balance of chocolates was just right. The thickness was about medium...enough to allow me to suck it through a standard straw. We sat in the ice cream fiberglass sculpted chairs because... why not?! Noticed some young kids laughing and having a good time in the dry cereal corner watching some classic cartoons. It was a total Norman Rockwell moment, a glimpse into the past of good clean fun with a tasty treat. The fun continued upstairs where the second level is setup with tables and a large selection of board games. If not into gaming, there were racks of cool and unique socks that can be purchased. This place feels a lot like the ice cream store I would frequent in Burbank, CA during the 80s as a kid growing up. Mongoose BMX bike parked out front, quarters in hand to play a round of Donkey Kong or Defender, and hanging with friends eating ice cream. Papa's captured that feeling of nostalgia for me, and followed it up with well crafted service and sweets. Will return for sure. Thanks Papa!

I got the Monster Cookie Mania shake. It was a lot of ice cream and cookie, but pretty good. I would definitely go back for a scoop of ice cream cause they had a lot of different flavors. The toppings for the shake are pretty much what you see on the top and didn't really have stuff mixed in the shake. Good experience for sure.

Highly recommend!!!! Right when we walked in we were treated like family! Both employees were just the sweetest and let our 3 year old taste whatever he wanted before making his choice... pistachio with M&Ms ‍. The ice cream was great! They have plenty flavors and topping options to choose from. And not to mention a cereal bar!! They even had Dr. Pepper in a glass bottle... you would have thought our oldest found gold! Haha. The second level has tons of fun games and funny socks for sale that definitely will keep the adults entertained!

    Great place!

OMG! This place is filled with creamy flavor! From flavored cones to cones with ornamental flavors added. The kids LOVED this ice cream amazement! They even have adult selections to up your experience if you'd l I'll e!

There was a ton of tables to sit and relax at which I always enjoy. I ordered a Nutella cronut and a regular iced matcha. The cronut was delicious! Perfect amount of sweet. I will say it would have been nice to offer to warm it up but it was still yummy. Then, the lady working the counter called out my iced matcha and I immediately knew just from looking at this drink that it's not matcha. I sat and took two sips from it and it was straight up sugary milk... not a single ounce of matcha was put into this drink. It was almost $7 for this drink by the way. I'm not sure why they would hand this to me or why they call this matcha but that was a joke... I finished my cronut and then went to her for a refund on the drink. She didn't ask any questions, didn't apologize or ask what they could do differently... just gave me a refund and had her throw it away. Based on my experience, I will not be coming back.

It has a tidy, cute shop space with local meat, bakery goods, gluten free options, art, soap and other goodies just like its parent shop. Decor is white and black and tastefully simple. Food-wise, we enjoyed our drinks (iced caramel apple chai with boba and a Café au lait) and baked goods while we sat on the sunporch playing Uno. (See the business owner's note about the cool game room below this review.) I see that they have soup, burritos and flights of drinks and I definitely want to hit that up next time. Service was great; there was one lady running the shop on this rainy Saturday and she was very friendly and helpful, greeting us cheerily when we entered the shop and bringing our drinks to us on the second floor later. The Google page says that the shop has wheelchair access but I admit I didn't see it--perhaps there are other entrances with a ramp, but none that are immediately noticeable, This is an old Victorian house with most of the seating on the second and third floors with steep staircases, but there is a table and limited bar seating on the first floor. It's probably not the greatest place for handicapped folks, but it's a lovely shop and I hope all feel welcome. Hi

It's not a knock on the city, it's just that it's a 9 hour drive from Houston! I found this gem on a recent road trip through the Midwest. I was making a drive from Dallas and used ChatGPT to find me the best coffee between Dallas and Abilene, KS. Reverie Coffee Roasters popped up and Yelp reviews looked favorable so I plugged it into the GPS. I don't know the area, but it seemed to be located in their downtown area right off the interstate. I found street parking right out front and unsure if they have a dedicated lot. This place was alot bigger than I expected. Walking in is like a storefront with coffee and merch for sale, as well as where you order. Then they have a huge dining area with lots of seating as well as a patio out back. It looks like a perfect place to catch up with your peeps, read a good book or study. It was busy so the staff was straight business but in a polite and helpful way. They started off as a wholesale coffee roaster. They source their coffee from all around the world. On my visit, I saw coffees from Columbia, Guatemala, Mexico, Ethiopia, and Nicaragua. They also offer every type of brewing method like pour over, drip, chemex, cold brew, French press, etc. The fact that they do all that different sourcing and preparation methods shows me they care about putting out a superior product. My original plan was to grab a cup of joe and keep it moving to my destination, but after walking in and seeing they had nice looking pastries, I decided to get my order and enjoy it there. I love all things s'mores and saw they have a s'mores latte. I had to get it. Another weakness of mine is cinnamon rolls. I saw it on display and had to have it. They heat it up before serving it. I was able to find a cozy corner of the restaurant. My order got called shortly after. The latte was amazing. I could taste the little nuances of a s'more. They even topped the drink with a marshmallow drizzle. I savored that drink. Now let me sing the praise of that cinnamon roll. Hands down the best cinnamon roll I've had. This was a brioche cinnamon roll. They heated it up just right and the icing was just gooey enough without running off the roll. It was soft and oh so delectable. The sweet icing didn't mask the delicious buttery brioche either. Bite of that, then sip of the coffee was a match made in heaven. I had no intention of finishing this generous portion, but I simply could not let it go to waste either. Needless to say, I was on the struggle bus driving on to my next destination. If somehow I could replicate this place and put one in Houston, I would be the happiest man. I will most definitely come back through next time I drive through Wichita!

Great find for a local coffee shop in Wichita!…read more Solid menu, and a great selection of pastries and food items to boot. I ordered an iced hazelnut latte. The hazelnut option available was sugar free, but it did not have the weird aftertaste a lot of sugar free options do. Overall, a delicious latte and solid service. Lots of seating inside, the perfect place to set up and work for a while or catch up with friends.
