Very disappointed I was so excited to try this place ordered a milkshake waited over 45min and nothing! Went to ask about my order and nothing so I asked for a refund. Manager took her time getting to the counter didn't even acknowledge me only talked to the employee! I thought they might offer to make I but no there were no apologies and manager didn't seem to care but went out of her way to make someone's else's shake. Very disappointed! read more

Excellent service every time! The line is typically out the door, which is great for business, but can be frustrating with such a small ordering space. The upstairs is full of games and socks for sale which is super fun for kids and adults! In Wichita visiting family and friends and couldn't resist stopping in to cool down with some ice cream. The building holds a classic exterior blending in with the neighborhood, but adventure awaits inside. The menu offers a variety of ice creams, coffees, shakes, etc. There was a line to the door when we arrived but that quickly diminished as the staff moved efficiently to help everyone. My wife had a couple of scoops, I went for the "Death by Chocolate" shake cuz when in Wichita!!! The shake hit the spot, and many future spots. The thing was sweet without being too sweet. The balance of chocolates was just right. The thickness was about medium...enough to allow me to suck it through a standard straw. We sat in the ice cream fiberglass sculpted chairs because... why not?! Noticed some young kids laughing and having a good time in the dry cereal corner watching some classic cartoons. It was a total Norman Rockwell moment, a glimpse into the past of good clean fun with a tasty treat. The fun continued upstairs where the second level is setup with tables and a large selection of board games. If not into gaming, there were racks of cool and unique socks that can be purchased. This place feels a lot like the ice cream store I would frequent in Burbank, CA during the 80s as a kid growing up. Mongoose BMX bike parked out front, quarters in hand to play a round of Donkey Kong or Defender, and hanging with friends eating ice cream. I got the Monster Cookie Mania shake. It was a lot of ice cream and cookie, but pretty good. I would definitely go back for a scoop of ice cream cause they had a lot of different flavors. Highly recommend!!!! Right when we walked in we were treated like family! Both employees were just the sweetest and let our 3 year old taste whatever he wanted before making his choice... pistachio with M&Ms ‍. The ice cream was great! This is one of them fancy sweet shops that serve wild milk shakes and what not. It ain't no dollar cone from Braums that's for sure, you are going to pay for the fancy but it isn't outrageous. Kind of a weird set up when you first walk in and order. My sister Tammy would have a hard time fitting in where you order. But once you order and pay there is plenty of room to lounge around.
