Because of this we went straight up to the counter to ask for the missing items, and the person hand in items, gave then to us and then said: "Next time go ask your waitress" Seriously? Is this how you are suppose to treat and respond to clients? Strongly suggest some training on customer service and proper etiquette responses. The price for our 1/2 lb burger combo is about the same as in Mira Mesa, but the tax in PR is outrageous. The good news, the burger & fries were very tasty with fresh toppings, i.e., lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc. The bad news, the tea is sweetened. I would have been better off just drinking iced water. I prefer my tea to be unsweetened & plenty of it. Mira Mesa's tea is unsweetened & is served from a large metal container & when that container runs dry, the employees make no fuss about preparing a fresh batch for me, even at 35 minutes before closing. So every time I'm in Puerto Rico, I make sure I visit McDonald's once or twice in order to get the mozzarella sticks which are in the Value Menu. I totally lose my mind and spend five dollars in mozzarella stick alone. LOL! They are worth it! So why 3 stars? Well... I visited this location twice and I'm not sure if it's because it's within a 24/7 Walmart, because it's always busy or bad management, but even though the Lady at the registers that took my order was very nice, and my orders came out great, the interaction between the employees is sort of crazy. When there, I experienced, as close as 5 feet from me, two employees cursing at each other because one did not help the other one take our the fries from the friar when they were done. Manager noticed the altercation and just yelled at them to shut up. All the while there were, at least, 5 people waiting for their food... I would have at least expected the manager to say she was sorry, to us the customers, because of what we had just experienced. Esta vez nos toco Xatay Latín Fusión pero el local que hay en la avenida Muñoz Marín. Local amplio divido en dos partes donde puedes comer en cualquiera de los dos.
