All Seasons had a fantastic display wall with what looks like one of every chainsaw model available. I was able to examine all the models that interested me, check out the different options and make an unhurried choice. The store was also well stocked with weed eaters, rototillers, augers, branch trimmers... it goes on even into some E-Bikes. Then there's the Husqvarna wall and all the equipment they provide. The service department staff are fairly busy as it is an active store, but still they are very friendly and polite. I opted for the MS251C. They brought it out and gave me a quick rundown on its features and strengths. We got the warranty registration done right there and I'm out the door with some new equipment. It turns out that they will even check out my old saw to see if it can be turned in for a few dollars in my pocket. I am very satisfied with the service, my last purchase from them was 24 years ago and that saw lasted all this time. =============== Update I just returned from dropping off my old MS 310. They will refurbish old equipment and sell those at a discounted rate. So not only did I get a new updated saw, I also got a nice chunk of change for my old one to be recycled. Problem is, that brand isn't easy to find and they ship from the factory to elite dealers who then either ship from there, or you pick them up. So, we ordered from Bob and the gang at Cascade, and planned a road trip! Bob was great about following through with the company, and keeping us posted on the status- oh, yeah...cause we were also on a timeline for a vacation and wanted to pick up before we left... Spent $200 for a generator fix. To leave and have the same issues I had before I brought it in…read more After I called to ask they told me other things that "could" be the issue. But that would be 800. Waste of $200. Said there was water in the gas line, not sure how that's possible when it has a seal. Dropped it off with a full take of gas, empty on return. No proof of any of their fixes. So waste of $200 plus 5 gallons of gas that was supposedly bad.
