I needed to generate Election Campaign material, and found out from a friend about Merinda and Jay's business. I had a crude sketch of the material I wanted generated, and showed it to Merinda. About 4 hours later I received a mock-up of several different presentations. I went back and forth several times, each time without any pushback but some very good guidance from Merinda. Finally got it just so, and then needed it (you guessed it) yesterday. Jay turned to and got it done in a timely fashion. As the campaign went on, I needed some changes to the material, and Merinda quickly turned it around; then Jay did his magic. Finally I needed some postal delivery information. Jay was right on top of it, and, as usual, Merinda generated the material, went thru several iterations without complaint, had advice and always with a smile generated the copy. Jay then generated the mailing material, and did it all iaw Postal Regulations (which seem to vary from Post Office and Postal Clerk from day to day). No problem, it was done, done correctly and very little stress to me. This all happened against a background of some equipment issues the printer was having, but that did not impact my products. I was so pleaed with the professionalism for both Merinda and Jay that I recommended them to another candidate in extremis because of their supplier. Jay and Merinda stepped right in, and delievered on time, with no errors. I will never go any other place to have any print work done. BTW, they also have other capabilities that I did not even try. I am positive that I would get the same professionalism, deliver-on-time and calm response. I highly recommend Paper and Inc Printing.
