Words cannot describe the entire experience of this venue and staff…read more The event was on January 22, 2022; the celebration was for our wedding reception, the atmosphere was astonishing, and the contact staff was exceptional! I desired to have the best for my wife for this celebration with family and friends; this venue did not fail me. From the first step entering this facility, inquire what they offered to the end of the evening there was no disappointment. This venue offers everything needed to accommodate the desires we had. The contact this venue has with other vendors relieved the stress of us searching for centerpieces, DJ, transportation, and everything else in between. Stepping out of the limo unto a red carpet laid for us at the entrance, entering, we were taken back with the decor, the colors, and the lighting we envisioned. Our guests and family had so many great comments about the venue; my wife and I were so happy and blessed; this is what we wanted to achieve, and it happened! The facility manager Marshall Keyes is an exceptional and inspirational man. Always positive from the very beginning to the very end. He was present at our reception, opening the doors and welcoming us as we entered. Andrea, our coordinator from the facility, is an incredible person. She consistently communicated with us during the planning, ensuring our request would accommodate the vision. Andrea was also present at the reception, assuring all was in order. In the end, what is the most rewarding to hear, is my wife saying to me, "thank you for making this happen!." I am truly blessed! Thank you, Solomon Aghai! Side Note: I will post some photos once I receive them from the photographer!

Dianne is absolutely exceptional and takes all the worry and stress out of planning. I had never met her before and only found her company on Yelp, but after working with her, I don't think I'll ever plan another party without her. She sourced fantastic vendors and stayed with us throughout the entire event, making sure every detail went smoothly. And keep in mind--this was on November 15th, the Saturday it poured all day--yet it was still the best party I've ever thrown. Give her a chance. You won't regret it.

Before hiring her, I was stressed and overwhelmed. But the moment we brought her on board, she stepped in with ease and confidence, taking over without adding any pressure. Dianne was incredibly professional from start to finish. She communicated clearly, responded to all my texts and calls promptly, and only reached out when necessary--always with a calm and helpful demeanor. She also offered thoughtful suggestions that made a huge difference in how smoothly our big day ran. Dianne and Irene truly helped take the stress off both before and during the wedding. I felt heard, supported, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. I would strongly recommend Dianne and her team!

Kimberly was an absolutely amazing wedding coordinator. She was incredibly organized,…read moredetail-oriented, and always willing to step in wherever needed. She scheduled check-ins with us to help keep us on track and reduce stress as much as possible. She coordinated with all of our other vendors to make sure all the different teams were on the same page. Kimberly was the glue that held our big day together and without her, our big day wouldn't have gone nearly as smoothly without her. What really stood out was how much she cared--Kimberly treated our wedding like it was her own. She came prepared with solutions to any issues that came up and always kept our budget in mind. Her suggestions were always thoughtful and curated towards what she knew about us as a couple. She never suggested or pressured us to go in any specific direction, and wanted to always make us feel comfortable in our choice. If there was any opportunity for her to alleviate our stress or take some coordination/work off our plate, she always offered to step in and take over. She truly went above and beyond every step of the way. On the day of - Kimberly ran the entire show seamlessly. From the photo booth to our ice cream bar, she coordinated it all while making sure the rest of the reception went smoothly. All of our activities and scheduled items moved along without skipping a beat. We're so thankful for everything she did to make our day stress-free and unforgettable. We're recommending everyone we know to Kimberly and cannot thank her enough!

She thought of the little things that I didn't even think of. Like pins in case something happens to my dress and a tide to go. On the day of, she had everything planned so that I wouldn't have to worry about anything. I was able to have fun and no one bothered me that day. My wedding even had 2 extra people show up that weren't invited, but Kim was able to figure out the seating without having to ask me. I would highly recommend her for anyone planning a wedding. She really is the best!

I surprised my boyfriend with a date here, and we both left completely obsessed. We learned more about ostriches than we ever imagined possible, got unbelievably close to them, and even had them nibble on us -- which was equal parts hilarious and unforgettable. Every second of the tour was incredible. Now, to keep it real: this is a small farm. It's mostly ostriches, some desert, some fencing, and at first glance you might think, "okay... giant birds in the dirt." But that's kind of the magic of it. The beauty of this place sneaks up on you the same way a really good book does -- at first it's just paper and words, and then suddenly you're emotionally attached and questioning your entire existence over an ostrich egg. Lou absolutely made the experience. He has such an amazing life story, so much wisdom, and a genuine passion that shines through in everything he talks about. But honestly, the real tour isn't just about the birds -- it's about the way Lou sees the world. One minute he's explaining the mechanics of ostriches like some kind of desert bird engineer, the next he's pointing out California quails you never would've noticed on your own, talking about nature with the kind of excitement that makes you start paying attention too. He'll happily talk with you for as long as you're willing to engage, and you leave realizing there's so much life and beauty packed into what initially looked like "just some land." Also, this man talks about his wife with such genuine love and admiration that it honestly restored my faith in humanity a little bit. It was so sweet hearing someone speak so splendidly about their partner after clearly building a whole life together out there. The entire place feels full of heart because of it. And the honey!! Don't skip the honey. Absolutely delicious. We also bought an ostrich egg for $60 and honestly... worth every penny. We painted the shell afterward and made the world's biggest deviled egg, which is still one of the funniest things we've ever done. Such a unique souvenir and experience. There's also so much more here than just the tour -- Lou's son teaches archery lessons, there's a small campsite, and despite losing their cherry trees from the fire and flood, the farm still has this incredible spirit and resilience that makes you admire them even more. If you go, just keep an open mind. It might not look like much from the get-go, but if you really listen -- really let Lou show you what this place means to him -- you realize you're somewhere genuinely special. It's funny, heartfelt, fascinating, and weirdly grounding all at once. Must see. So glad we went. Stop by -- you won't regret it.
