Rec'd email notification Sat. night from FTD that they were delivered at 7:10 pm. I called FTD to tell them the flowers hadn't arrived and was offered a re-delivery on Tues., but that's another story. A woman from The Flower Place called at 8pm Sat. night, said they were on the truck out for delivery and that she was going to contact the driver then call me back, she didn't. She also said that they have to send that delivery email out once they're on the truck, but not necessarily delivered! I called her this morning and said they hadn't arrived. She said the driver stopped at my complex office Sat. night for help in finding our apartment (our office closes at 5:00 so that didn't happen). She then told me that the driver said it was dark and raining and she thinks she may have delivered to unit 49 instead of mine, When I explained to the woman at The Flower Place that they still weren't here, she said "I don't know what else to tell you" and hung up! Reading the previous reviews, I see that others have been hung up on, too. What a way to run a business!
