Every time I go there is something new (though there has also been a lot of downsizing). The store is run by a very friendly gentleman named Don who has been in the antiques business for decades. He knows a lot about the items that her has, and sometimes he's willing to make a deal especially if you're purchasing more than one item. Prices are generally fair. Definitely worth checking out.

There is a particular bias towards Floridiana kitch, which I adore since I am a true Floridian gal. Lots of gator things or other vintage items you could have found at old gas stations of orange stands. Masks, kitchen wear, decorations, jewelry--they have a really unique selection of it all. They also have a pretty decent selection of vintage clothes. There were a few dresses I liked, but they were priced a bit much for me ($80 upwards, but I did see some cheaper clothes too). Other than that. Things were definitely within the affordable/inexpensive range, which is kind of an anomaly with antique stores. I didn't buy anything this trio, but I plan on coming back soon to see what new goodies they have!

The store seems especially curated with vintage mid century modern, rattan, academic, and funky pieces. Might I add that everything is in amazing condition and of solid wood construction. The best part is everything is very reasonably priced. I met one of the owners Alex, and he was nothing short of kind and forthcoming. I will definitely be stopping by in the future to look for more pieces for my home. Do know that the store is only open Thursday through Saturday from 11-3 but they do offer appointments to view the store on other days of the week.

I can absolutely buy most of the items brand new for the same price or less. I'm hesitant to write a review but I am unable to give them feedback on their Facebook page and feel they need to hear from typical shoppers that they are pricing out a great percentage of their potential patrons. I do know they have sales for specific color tags, but those are very few and far between. Even then, a 50 or 75% off price is what the item should have originally been marked for.

Layered with the lotion it's heavenly. I will say it was hard to find this year, this is the third location change in St Armand's, I really loved the first one the best. But this current location seems bigger than the last one more merch, and easier to maneuver around. Service wasn't as friendly this time, but hopefully that's a one off.

There is so much good stuff packed into this small little shop; it was a really fun browsing and each pass I saw something I hadn't seen the last time around. Monica was amazing at asking questions about my style and helping direct me to a section that might fit my style the best (and it did!). As more of a minimalist, I wasn't sure if I would find anything, but I did! I found a beautiful wooden tray, a faux orchid, decorative draping succulents, and a beautiful light pink satin top. The staff were always staying near by to help me grab something I liked that was up high or grab something from the back for me, and answer any questions so I didn't have to walk all the way to the front of the store to ask for help. They would offer to hold things for me if I ever found something I was considering so I didn't have to hold it while browsing (very helpful since my tray and orchid were both a handful). It helped me keep my hands free to continue looking. I definitely recommend this store for anyone who isn't sure what to buy someone as a gift, or if you know someone who is incredibly picky like myself, a gift card to this shop is definitely a great choice! I had such a great time browsing for something I loved.
