I would leave 10 stars if I could! GORGEOUS flowers, super kind staff and the most thoughtful delivery person of all time (shout out to Mary Beth!). We arranged flowers to send my parents for their retirement weeks in advance; the day before we found out they wouldn't be home so I called to change delivery date, and they were so kind and flexible. The delivery lady called me in advance to ensure delivery times were ok and then she took a picture of my parents with the flowers to send to me which was just above & beyond and unbelievably kind. Best florist experience I have ever had! I was ordering flowers for someone out of state and chose MS Scarlett's Flowers based on previous reviews. They delivered a professional, courteous and prompt experience from start to finish. I placed the order online after store hours and received a status email immediately. The next morning I received a follow up call from the florist and was told that my order was being processed. Soon after, I was called by the delivery person saying they were on the way. Once the delivery was completed, I received another call letting me know the recipient was home and received the flowers. They even told me the person was very happy and doing well. This was for a friend's mom who had recently fallen. Hearing this info from the delivery person was comforting and definitely customer service above and beyond! Do you know why this place has such great reviews? Because they deserve them! My whole family is so impressed! We needed some funeral flowers and didn't know where to go. A family friend recommended this place. She was so excited to tell us about them as she had just finished ordering some flowers for us from the same place. We didn't really know what we were doing. It started out with her listening to what we were kind of looking for (casket spray). She showed us some examples from the 1-800-flowers catalog. They were nice, but not really the right color. She helped us pick out substitutions for the flowers in the catalog to go with more of what we were hoping for. I'll say we were probably quite a challenge for her because there were several of us and we were indecisive, but if we got on her nerves, you'd never know it. Finally, I just told her that we were going to stop micro-managing and that we trusted her to go with the preferences we told her but that we basically trusted them to make something nice that fit within the parameters we discussed. She seemed comfortable with that. Let me tell you that we were absolutely BLOWN AWAY! It's not easy to spend $200+ on flowers, but it was a great value. The flowers were stunning and exactly fit what we'd were needing. We were just so impressed with the value and the quality that we couldn't stop talking about how happy we were.
