The person who provided great service is not longer there. I came in to have an oil painting boxed, wrapped, and shipped. That's not what I received. Oh yes, the person who works there will sell you a box and bubble wrap, but he doesn't want to get your package prepared and will not ship it for you. His question to me was, "How well do you like the picture?" I couldn't figure out where we were going with this question, so I asked him to just be straight with me. He then gave me stats on the business losses for shipping items last year and told me it was best for me to take it to the post office. Now, I want to point out, on their door it says they ship. But I was being pressured to not choose to do that with them. Another observation I have with this worker at this store. When I walked in, he was on the phone with a customer who was asking about box sizes. After getting off the phone, he looks at me and makes some rude remark about that customer not understanding that boxes don't come in that size. It's clear to me that this worker doesn't really want to work. And the final decision for me is, I will never come back.

First, their shopping cart hasn't worked properly since they made some updates last year. When I try to place an order it says make address is incorrect (it's not). When I emailed customer service they acted like it was only happening to me. But when I called to place my order, they informed me it was happening to a lot of people and that customer service was lying to me. Sorry but I don't shop with liars and those I can't trust. And I don't want to have to call every time I need an order. I often order at night...on weekends...etc. Plus I want to verify that my order is correct myself and not rely on someone else. I've ordered glass from them, but when I do, it's never bubble wrapped. I've spoken with customer service and the assured me they would be more careful with shipping glass (lying, liars gonna keep lying). Last time I ordered glass it came in a giant box with 1 loose sheet of paper inside. That type of packaging will cause MORE damage because it allows the interior box with glass to rattle around. So half of the wrong size candle vessels (yes wrong size because I had to place my order over the phone instead of via website) was broken. I've discussed with customer service that it's really dangerous to ship glass incorrectly because then your customers are forced to handle broken glass. When I emailed them to notify of the damage, they didn't email me back. I've emailed 3 times but haven't been emailed back so now I have to file a chargeback. In the past, when I've emailed customer service I have received phone calls?? Which is crazy. I'm in an out of meetings all day. I don't have time for your call - that's why I emailed. If a customer emails you - email them back. If a customer calls you answer the phone. DUH. But it's clear that their customer service is just full of lying liars and this company is not professional.

I have used these guys for years and love their quality work. 20 years ago, I wrote a book and the publishers insulted me with a crappy offer so I had my book printed here and sold it online instead. I've been selling this book all these years by printing it here and selling it online. I've printed literally millions of photocopies here.
