I ordered this over a week ago and it has taken until now for anyone to contact me. Online it simply said processing and I had no idea why. Also dont know what is up with PayPal, I have plenty of money in my account, it must be a communication error between them and you. I called the store Sunday or Monday with no answer. No one picked up the phone at all. AT ALL. I went to the store and was told that my PayPal was declined, I asked to just pay for it there with my card and they told me no. I asked for a manager, THERE WAS NO MANAGER THERE! Is this how your company does business. I was going to just leave this alone but you starting calling me and emailing me, now I am truly mad and going to do what I need to in order to make my voice heard. This is not the first time I have had trouble with your print show at this store and last time I had to find a regional manager to make it right. I sent my business to staples who I had not dealt with before. They were fast, called me when my order was ready, and the store didn't look like a flea market. Plus, there were actual employees there that greeted me. There was a manager God forbid. A few times at your Euless, TX location I have gone to the register and no one was there, for 10 minutes or more. I could have just walked out with my things, I instead just walked out. I will never do business with your company ever again, I am telling all my friends that are teachers and do a lot of business with your company to never use you again. Your stores look like crap and you have no service what so ever. I was a retail manager for CompUSA before I became a teacher. I eventually was the DFW regional service center manager. If I ever walked in a store that was staffed like yours or looked like yours, heads would roll. I more than likely would meet with my superiors and recommend the store be shut down, as it would tarnish the reputation of any good stores as well as the fact that I couldn't imagine you are making money at that store with the customer service and the way this store looks. Horrible. I hope someone else reaches out to me but I have made up my mind that I am forever done with your store. The word and the number for today: "Natalia and One." I visited the Office Depot on Industrial Blvd a few weeks ago and unfortunately I did not find the HDMI 4k video adapter that I was looking for. HOWEVER: I received the ABSOLUTELY BEST CUSTOMER SERVCE from a young lady named: NATALIA! She was the most courteous and polite employee that I had the pleasure of meeting during the busy holiday season! She showed GENUINE concern in her attempts to locate the item I was looking for. I sincerely thank you Natalia for your assistance that day. You Rock! I will visit Office Depot in the future (even if its not the store that Natalia is employed) because of her kindness. P.S. This week I ordered some business card for my photography business. Your paying less for more and that surprised me on how great that is. I ordered a 500pc for $10.80. A same day order pick up for $10.83 for 100pc. The cards were printed for the 100pc but the printer left some streaks. Today I'm picking up my same day order from yesterday because of the printer issue. The Copy center really took care of things and i'm happy of the look of my custom business card design!! read more

Just purchased an HP desktop computer at this location today. Did the in store pick up. Robert processed my order and had it ready to go in less than 20 minutes! I was impressed, since the store wasn't even oficially open at 7:30am. When I came in the store he happened to be at the store and greeted me with a how can I help you today and a pleasant attitude. As soon as I mentioned I was picking up a desktop, he knew I was the one that had ordered earlier for pick up. He also loaded in my truck in the parking lot area. I will review the product in detail once I unpack and set up in my home office. So far, price and features are amazing. (HP 27" desktop CB0026) Overall, great experience. I purchased a $300 office chair from this location on October 9, 2022. It took me a little while to get someone to put the chair together but I learned in approximately two weeks, the chair did not sit comfortably for an extended period of time, nor was the lumbar support insufficient. I am a professor and have a predominately sedentary lifestyle. On today, December 26, 2022, I contacted this store and spoke to Jason, asking if I could exchange the $300 for one with 'actual' lumbar support. He abruptly and somewhat insensitively advised, furniture must be returned within 2 weeks and the only thing I could do was called the manufacturer because they have a five-year warranty. I asked if he could help and provide me with the number for the manufacturer because the only thing I had left was the receipt. Notably, I did not anticipate the chair would be returned or be uncomfortable. Jason stated, he doesn't have that information but I just needed to contact the manufacturer for any additional help. Jason indicated he was the manager of this location. As a manager or a leader, a sense of integrity, customer service, and pride in your location was wholly absent. Jason provided absolutely zero assistance and I feel as if he has the money and that is all there is to it. Buyer's remorse was not his issue. I would like for a district manager to contact me regarding this matter. More so, I would appreciate it if people that are put in leadership positions actually possess the characteristics of a leader while fully understanding it is not what you say, but how you say it. read more

I've never had a problem with this Office Depot location, and I've been stopping in here every now and again since junior-high. That's a lot of years! I do admit that on occasion they seem to be a bit understaffed, but nothing to get too upset about. Prices are right, they always have what you need, and their clearance section is often well stocked with goodies (the kind of stuff you didn't know you needed until you saw it). Whether you're looking for office supplies, school supplies, laminating, to print your Christmas cards, or stationary - you'll find a good deal here. Staff can be... sparse... but I've never run into anyone who wasn't friendly and professional. Look up coupons before you go, there's always something out there and they'll scan them off your phone :) read more

I went in to have some documents printed out and the woman that was at the printing station was very racist. There were many people of color in the line in front of me and she was disrespectful to every one of them. There was an African woman in the line and she couldn't speak very good english, and she had someone on the phone to help her translate, so the cashier could understand what she needed. The cashier was raising her voice at both of them and said she can't help, without even trying. Another black gentleman needed docs printed and then faxed after and he needed to fill them out. he was looking for a pen in one of the pen holders and she moved the pen holder away from him and said heres the pens, pushing another pen holder towards him. But there were pens in the other container so she was just being disrespectful. i was very disgusted with the way she was treating the people of color that were in the line, once I got to my turn she very kindly said "how can I help you ma'am?" The only people she treated kindly the whole 20 minutes I was there, were white people. So she is very much capable of being a decent person, to white people. i didn't see her name but she was chubby, had curly short hair and obviously very racist. I don't recommend this location & I believe at least one member of management the MOD on 11/23 by the name of Brandon Johnson needs retraining with emphasis on Office Depots policy on racial profiling. I walked in on Black Friday thinking of picking up a Samsung notebook I'd had my eye on, also considering a replacement laptop; on entering the store an associate offered to assist me, I informed him I was just browsing as I really didn't want a random hovering over my shoulders as I shopped. Apparently, something about my appearance triggered the MOD Brandon Johnson who then proceeded to follow me all around the empty store without the least attempt at discretion; I can only assume it was my skin color since I had no bag, backpacks, baggy clothing or any other means of concealing merchandise. His behavior made me thoroughly uncomfortable -which may have been his intent to start with; but I left the store without making a purchase doing my best not to lose my temper. After calming down, I returned to the store to get his name so I could file a complaint, later, I didn't see him so I ask an associate to call him, this genius gets on the radio and says something basically to the effect of '...that guy you wanted us to keep an eye on is back & he's asking for you.' Got his name from the associate after waiting a while, he was obviously not in any hurry to come over. Went home & bought my items from Best Buy online which I probably should've done from the start. TL;DR Office Depot the future Circuit city employs low intelligence members of management who stereotype racially. read more

I spent twenty minutes waiting to ask a question about laptops. The individual who acknowledged I was in the store was the door greeter. This location has always been good to me. I often need last minute supplies including lamination service. Office Depot's staff are fairly attentive, par with my expectations. This is not a Fry's or Best buy; yet they do their best to help. I have rarely had to wait for help longer than a couple of minutes. read more

Why should i sacrifice service for convenience? After moving my office to euless I figured I'd use this location to get prints and supplies. And for good reason, I could literally throw a rock and hit it from my shop. I'm the kind of shopper that likes to find an employee to tell me where the things are that I need. Cut to the chase and move on. I walked into what seemed like an abandoned warehouse. I wasted time searching the aisles then finally found what I needed on the next to last one. Crappy luck, it happens. I then decided while I was there I would order some more business cards, so I went to the front printing section. This is when it got real stupid. I got ignored as if the place was slammed packed, then finally got this chicks attention after saying "HELLO?". I explained to her that I wanted to switch a couple things around on my card and include my web address at the bottom. I handed her my card. She looked at me like I asked her a grad level algebra question (with her bottom lip sagging) then told me she couldn't help me with that at the moment because she "doesn't know how to do that." I said "OK, well do you have a manager that could?" She replied "they're helping someone else, you can come back later if you want." Really? Come back? Fu** you man! I looked over and saw 2 other employees giggling, and the customer "they're helping" flipping through a catalog indecisively. I'm not gonna fight a place to give them my business! Cutting my losses she checked me out and i burned off. This placed SUCKED! The location I'm used to had ONE lady running the whole print section who was a freaking STUD! If you need technical help on laptop, you should drive right by Office Depot, find another source, like Tiger Direct or such. Office Depot did not complete service I paid $300 for. District manager was unphased that I had been assured several times by their technicians about what they would do, but in fact they didn't. What happened to @ least empathetic comments like "I can understand your frustration", taking responsibility for what technicians had told me? Also, they seem to operate with too few clerks.
