Man, lots to say here, unfortunately all of it was disappointing. I'll start by saying my fiance and I are big fans of the subculture group, and typically seek out meals, drinks from the restaurant group. Papichulo is now the exception. Came in over the weekend for some food and drinks, gave the bartender my credit card and we waited for our table outside. Was told we couldnt order food outside, without reason other than management does t want to. Ok no worries, we'll wait. The drinks are alright, a lot of the same mid shelf tequila, mezcal was not good. Why not fit the brand, and bring in some different tequila? This is a common theme here, there is nothing authentic or creative at this restaurant. Food, overall isnt flavorful, lacks seasoning and is overly oily. The guac, was bland and did not look nor taste homemade. The chips were super flat. I just dont get it, you're a taco spot, your tacos are unseasoned and oily, and youre not making fresh to serve guac? Just a huge missed opportunity to be something more than pollo tropical. The part that ruined our experience was the lack of service, but ultimately was the management, or should i say mis-management. When paying for the bill, the card i opened my tab with could not be found. After 10 minutes i grabbed a manager and explained that the server/bartender cant find my cc. He responds to me that he can go check the tapes in the back, as insisting that i am pretending to lose my cc. Are you F'ing serious?? Low and behold, the bartender misidentified my cc and found after another pass. Both male managers, looked and acted completely unprofessional and obviously don't understand how successful restaurants are run. No apology from either manager, or you know a round of shots for the misunderstanding. Both male managers were complete clowns and easy to see no one really takes their job seriously here. The manager of this spot should fire both male clown managers and hire more servers, because service is excruciatingly slow. If you consciously like to make good food and drink choices with your hard earned money, think again!! read more

This is our favorite place to eat when visiting the area! Fun, casual place that's almost always busy so expect to wait for a table. Great menu, great drinks, and they even have a tequila menu. There's another location in Palm Beach but we prefer coming to Jupiter. read more

Margaritas are 5 stars! Tacos are about a 3. Honestly I had the best margarita ever there! It was a mango jalapeño Marg with a spicy chili rim. It was amazing. The tacos were sooo disappointing. I ordered the gator, the puerco and the carne Asada. The carne asada was dry and the other two were overly oily. The gator was fried and then had a very sweet and weird tasting sauce paired with it. I'd only return here for the margaritas and pass on the food next time. read more

I eat Mexican food quite often and I was excited to try PapiChulo's because I've heard amazing things about it. Let me tell you, over the last few months, it has become our favorite little spot. The food is absolutely delicious. My mom orders the street corn and guacamole appetizer and I order the Mahi tacos every time we come here. This place knocked our socks off. Ryan is the manager every place wants but only one is lucky enough to have. We double fisted poppin cocktails the entire happy hour. High recommend this place to all UPDATE: Ryan recommended the coffee tequila. The smoothest liquor I've ever had. Absolutely amazing. The service is very poor, all the food is very poorly put together. I walk in and sit down and start looking at the menu the blonde waitress immediately has an attitude asking for our drinks. After she brings out our drinks my lemonade has a booger on it and doesn't taste right. The only reason this restaurant deserves one star is because of the paper straws. All the staff are very unorganized. After sitting here and receiving my food I still haven't gotten chips salsa or anything. My table was very sticky and gross and seems to not be cleaned. read more

This is a fun spot. Super yummy salsa, guacamole and queso. Definitely get all of them. Good selection of different tacos to mix and match. The drinks are good too. Can't go wrong with a classic margarita. It's not a huge space, so it can get busy, but tables turn over often enough. There's cute outdoor seating and a small bar area too. Parking can be a little tight, but like I mentioned, service is quick and if you circle back around you'll probably find a spot. read more

PapiChulo gets a gold of approval. The food is good, the restaurant is cool, it's allllll good. I have eaten here a few times now both as dine-in and takeout. They have indoor air conditioned seating as well as plenty of outdoor seating in the front, side, and back of the building. Dog friendly so I brought my dog last time and we had a great time. The service was also excellent as they brought a water bowl for my woofer and were very courteous. My preference is the Gringo Freedom tacos - really a standard white guy ground beef taco taken to the next level with kobe beef and all of the standard white guy toppings like lettuce, tomato, cheese and sour cream. I've also had the chicken quesadilla which comes as a large portion in a corn tortilla - it's excellent. Honorable mention for the steak tacos (amazing) and chicken tacos (good). read more

We have been back here quite a few times now and every time their food is delicious. The Kobe beef taco is my favorite for sure. Their chicken quesadilla is also delicious and comes with a nice big portion. We come here mostly at lunch time where their happy hour prices are so fantastic! We had two tacos each, guacamole, drinks, donuts and still made it out under $40 with 3 people. Last time we were there and they had a duck taco as a special and it was beyond amazing. The duck (which is easy to mess up) was beyond perfect, the skin flavorful & crispy, the tamarind sauce gave it a little kick, and the mango slaw was perfection. This place is great! It's fun, chips are to die for and margaritas are a must!! It's fun, soooo delicious and service is always wonderful. The tacos are street style, but they always have some interesting specials and add a bit of a twist. Salads are huge and any entree I've tried other than tacos had not disappointed. Marg Monday during happy hour is the play! The margs are perfect - try a strawberry one, super delish! You can order an array of taco choices during happy hour along with other small dishes. I will say the Mexican corn at papi's wasn't my fave but some others love it. It has a nice costal vibe and the staff are very friendly. You can expect to wait awhile during their taco Tuesdays and on the weekends but it's worth it. Cheers! read more
