On examination of my cat, she was treated with an antibiotic shot. The next day Ashley was a new kitty cat. At last, she had energy and was her old playfully self. She was not the best patient I am sure of, but the staff was able to do everything they could with getting her vaccines and applying her worm medication. They even trimmed her nails! I know this cost extra, but I was just so thrilled about them doing everything they could for her. If you are going to own a pet, you cannot cry about the bill. All of them are exemplars of compassion and competence. The staff is also wonderful, and never have any of them been impatient or anything but courteous. Half the year my husband and I live in New Orleans and while my vet at the Cat Practice is lovely, care there is much more expensive. The prices the 85 year old lady quoted are reasonable, expecially considering she wanted her cat that had never been seen before, to get emergency service. You couldn't call a pediatrician off hours to see your child who had never seen him/her before; if it's really an emergency then you take them to the emergency room. Sorry; I'm feeling a bit indignant anyone would demean my beloved vets and staff!

We have done this previously without incident…read more When I picked my dogs up last night, one of them was dripping blood from her ear, and she also had gashes on the top of her head and front shoulder. When asked what happened, they said one of our dogs attacked her. The "attack dog in question" is the sweetest pup in the world and has had no issues living harmoniously with the others. She has no wounds or scratches either. You would think that if 2 dogs were fighting, there would be marks on both animals. When prompting for further information, I was given the same story. All attempts of trying to fully understand this situation have been met with deflection and a lack of accountability. On top of the almost $400 boarding bill, we know have a couple hundred dollar vet bill as well. We chose this place to keep our pups safe, and that's just something they couldn't handle. They will no longer be getting our business, and I hope you choose to board your precious pups somewhere else as well.
