I had my car washed on Sunday at 4:15. I paid for the SuperWash I. After quite a long wait I got into the car and drove off.The dashboard was dirty and full of dog hair. The vent was filthy with pollen and it does not look like the back was vacuumed or wiped down. Extremely disappointed since I paid for the extra cleaning. read more

My 328i BMW was detailed by Greg L today and he did an absolute amazing job! I just drove down from New England through snow storms and salted highways and after Greg was done detailing ,my car has never looked so good-like new.I was most worried that he wouldn't be able to buff out the scrapes I had accidentally made on the hood and roof-WRONG! used to go here all the time. then started using the drive thru one. Finally decided to go back because i wanted the inside of the truck done too. They did a good job vacuuming the floors, but didnt vacuum the seats. Not one touch of armor all inside. outside, only the wheels got it. not sure if just a one time fluke, or what, but not pleased. read more

BE VERY AWARE!!!! My husband went there today, on the way to a birthday party. He left two birthday cards over the sun visor and when he left, he realized that one of them which had a pretty bow on it was gone, and the other one with no bow and wasn't visible, was still there Immediately upon realizing that it was gone he went back to the car wash and the assistant manager supposedly looked in the camera to see if one of the employees took the card, however, he never told my husband anything but said that the head man would call him tomorrow!! The card had a cashier's check made payable to the birthday celebrant. I don't want to use a car wash that employs THIEVES!!! I want to give a huge shoutout to the gentleman that finished cleaning both my car and my wife's vehicle today. (Taller, heavy set white dude wearing low rise vans, shorts, ball cap - kicking myself for not catching his name!) I heard from my wife that the carwash she got "took longer than expected because the guy who finished the detailing confessed it was not vacuumed to a sufficient standard and completed the job himself." I was on the area and need of a quick was as well so I swung in as well. The guy I had for detailing my car was the same guy based upon the description I got from my wife... I watched this gentleman slave away on my vehicle in an incredibly tedious manner, paying attention to every nook and cranny. He was also unhappy with the amount that was missed vacuumed, and tookt he time to re accomplish the task. THEN he went over the exterior looking for any marks or scuffs he could get off of the car and did so. This dude was LEGIT! Not sure who reads this, but this is the type of quality and work that is hard to find these days - this guy needs some serious kudos, a raise, bonus, something! He is the reason I would come back despite being met with a less than proffessional crew and a less than enthusiastic cashier... this guy adds VALUE! read more

$23 for what exactly. If I hadn't already paid I wouldn't have. Literally the worst job ever! Like zero attempt was made to clean and wipe the inside out at all. It's no better than when I took it. He said they would wipe the inside down and does not even look like it was . Trash still in the car; the outside looks fairly decent but not all the bugs were off. I won't be coming back. I know I bought the cheaper wash but come on. Seriously a waste of money. read more

First visit! New to town & tried it out. As most car wash facilities, I had to specify that I wanted my trunk vacuumed. Guy was polite & said he'd handle it. Got The Works and must say so worth it. My car smells fresh again and the wipe down on the inside was great. I did ask about between the trunk & car being wiped. Employee asked permission to open my trunk. (they aren't supposed to open without permission) He gladly wiped it all down. Will definitely be back! read more

Just had my Audi washed there, and when driving off, it started to drizzle, so I turned on my wipers, yet somehow I am missing my passenger side wiper now ( it was there on the way to the car wash because I briefly used the wipers). I pulled over and called to let them know I am missing a wiper. They did not seem to care about it and just took my name and number and said they would call if they found it. That will be the last time I spend my money there. read more

This place has really gone downhill. Brought my car here for a simple wash ($24) and got every bit of $5 effort. They sprayed off my rubber mats and then laid them soaking wet right back in the car. Then I pulled them out and the carpet wasn't even vacuum correctly. Had to speak with the manager. He was understanding and offered to redo the mats and vacuum again. Seriously guys, I know it's basically a summer type job but have pride in your work. It's honest money. read more

I literally do a better job in less time without even trying too hard. Was hoping to get a more professional job done but I paid $40 for them to skip wiping down all of the compartments and not vacuum the back seats. And it took forever. Save your money and your time. read more

Paid for the biggest package and the most basic things were not even touched ( NOTHING vas vacuumed, mats werent touched, not even the center was wiped down) I paid for them to just run it through the automatic wash. Never again. Dont waste your time here! read more

I paid $35 only to have to tell them to vacuum and wipe my center console. The rear mats were also still full of crumbs and no fully vacuumed. The dash looks like they randomly wiped spots down and not the whole thing. Horrible and overpriced for what they call "the works". read more

I had been so excited that whole week to have my car cleaned, shampoo carpets & detailed at Par 3 in Aberdeen. I wanted works & was assured that it would be "show room ready". It was the 1st time having it all done. I am so disappointed. My Husband had to ask them to wipe down the interior & inside the doors. When we got home I took a look since when it was time to pick up my car they were closing. We had scheduled a time a week prior to drop off at 2pm & still didn't get it til after 6pm. The top of my seats are still dirty & not wiped down at all. The back wasn't even touched! Didnt shampoo the back carpet NOR was anything wiped down. Sunroof, untouched. Missed one of the back windows. I took my finger and wiped my backseat cup holders & it was just disgusting. The list goes on & on. I will never go back & wouldn't recommend going. A friend got in touch with me bc The Owner wanted me to have his contact info. I was working & gave my Husbands name & number for him to contact him. We have yet to get a phone call. For the price we paid, we shouldn't have to tell someone to wipe the inside of the doors & it should have been done correctly! Never again will I go there. read more

I went there this afternoon and paid $29.95 for the "works" which is an exterior and interior clean/wash. After I got home and took a better look there was still some dust on my front dashboard, the inside part of the windows of my car were still dirty, the bumper part of my car was still dripping with water, the side mirrors and back window had water marks present and the leather covering of my stick shift was still dusty and dirty. I can go to other car washes anywhere and pay $20 and get better job done. Kinda felt ripped off. The customer service was good but they need more detail to cleaning the cars- which, ironically, is what the purpose of the establishment is supposed to be.... read more

Worse place ever........ my husband had money stolen from his center console in his truck. What someone was doing in his center console when there suppose to be just cleaning and vacuuming the car is where im confused. The works also know where the blind spots are from the cameras. The not only stole from us but charged our credit card twice for there crappy serve. No one would help us. And well we were in there another gentleman was reporting things stolen out of console. They didnt want to do anything about it. They might have some honest employees but there seems to be way to many dishonest ones. Since this has happened I have found from friends and coworkers that its been happening a lot. So the manager and owner isnt doing and thing about it. I would not recommend going unless you clean your car out before, then I say whats the point. read more

I have been going to this place for years and they have always done a great job. I took my tacoma in today, which hasn't been washed in 5 years, not going to lie I was a little embarrassed, but the guy said it was no big deal. My truck came out looking like I just bought it the day prior. All the funk and funk of five years was gone, and I couldn't be happier. I have never had a bad experience here and I don't understand how they could ever get a bad review. Best place in town!!! Also I'm military and they wash my car twice a year for free. read more

Went in today for the works, paid over 38.00 to have my suburban half washed and half wiped down, no one even touched the tires and there were bugs everywhere! I removed the coins from my console and they couldn't be bothered to wiped it out. Please don't waste your money here! They clearly don't want to stay in business. read more

Friendly staff. Fastest service I ever had there. But for $16 plus tip, my Tahoe was not clean at all. They didn't even wipe down the doors, seats or cup holders. The floor mats were not cleaned off completely. They should and used to do better. I was there on a weekday at a non-peak period too. read more

My favorite car wash ever. I always stop by when I am in the area. The price is great and my car is always sparkling clean.

We were new to the area after a long road trip and decided to go to this car wash since it was near the area of our hotel. The line was long but decided the car really needed a cleaning inside and out. When we were called to the car, we noticed the car was still dripping and dirty on the bumper and fender areas. We spoke to the manager and he told the young man to rewipe the car down. Then as we got into the car, we noticed that the plastic car mats were placed "under" the carpeted floor mats instead of vice versa. The inside windows still hand fingerprints from my children with sticky cup holders. Paid a lot of money for a terrible job. Now that we live here, we'll be looking around for a better car wash. read more

We just had my dad's Ford Ranger pickup detailed at Par Three Car Wash. OMG! It's better than when he bought the truck - every little detail was done - they washed the motor (didn't think he needed it, but it looks NEW). This was a surprise for my dad from my mom for their anniversary. He couldn't believe it.....and actually his eyes welled up a little bit (don't tell him I told you). I paid for the 34 dollar wash and for that I got scratches in my paint and they lost my $127.00 weather tech floor mats.

Manager got up with me to resolve problem. Refunded my purchase, gave coupon for another day, and fired the employee that was responsible for theft. It pays to report your dissatisfaction and follow up. Will go back! Remember to remove valuables beforehand. A lack of temptation is a guarantee of no theft. read more

Got my truck washed at Par 3 yesterday. They of course don't wipe the inside down and you have to check the windows before the guy walks away. The worst thing, the thing that will stop me from going back is that when they put the mats back in after (shaking them out) cleaning them, they put the driver side mat on top of the accelerator. I didn't check it before I left, so it went unnoticed till after my wife drove my truck and I almost got in an accident 15/501 because my foot got stuck on the mat (husky liners). Slow. S.L.O.W. They've got a bunch of workers hanging around but no one is in a hurry to get your car washed but you. I watched cars that arrived after I did go through the wash before my car even made to the line. Initial prep ( pressure wash tires, scrub windshield and front end, etc) spotty at best. You pay for extras like wax but you have no idea if the car got any on its trip down the line. Wash equipment looks like its seen better days. Drying and detailing at the end so-so at best. This was a very good car wash just a couple of years ago, but now I don't know if i'll bother to come back. The place could use a reorganization in its management personnel. read more

Very polite and cordial staff via telephone. Services are well marketed and described but do not reflect the end result. Purchased the "Showroom" Detail today which sold me after advertising the ability to make even the gunk under the tracks of the rear seats go away. After 3 hours of work and returning to my vehicle I immediately noticed multiple areas in vehicle untouched including the tracks. I pulled out goldfish, a water bottle cap. Found extra trash around seats that I could have vacuumed myself in a matter of minutes. No detail in or around cup holders or windows were attended to. I could go on and on. The gentlemen via the phone sold this $150 package as the closest thing to a car getting ready to go on a showroom floor. Blatantly misleading. Beyond the exterior looking like a normal $20 wash, the interior was an amateurs approach to vacuuming and shampooing the carpets. They took $30 off the final bill however I still feel like It was one of the largest wastes of money I have every spent. read more
