I asked about it and it wasn't the same seal that was took off (then why still install it and not tell me at that tiime?) I accepted responsibility for that and ordered the correct seal that was given to me by William. I was quoted $80-$100 for them to replace the seal with the correct one. Seal was ordered, the two came out replaced the incorrect one charged me $100 and it still leaked and had noticeable damage from banging. I communicated that to them, I got no response back for a week, so I requested $50 back since the problem wasn't fixed, still no answer. To make a long story short I took my vehicle to the dealership, I had to replace the seal again and the leak is no more and fixed. still haven't heard or received my $50 I requested from them.

1 Star -- Worst Experience Ever at Thomas Tire & Automotive (Southern Pines/Aberdeen)…read more This has been my third time coming back to this shop for the same problem, and I'm beyond done with their carelessness and lack of professionalism. First visit: I paid for an alignment and balance, but my truck still shook around 40 mph and the steering wheel was off-center. Second visit: I came back to have them redo it, but they said it was "too late in the day" and refused to do the alignment. Third visit (today): I brought it back again hoping they'd finally make it right. Instead, they took my truck for a drive without even asking my permission, and when they came back, there was a strong burnt brake smell. I quickly realized they had driven it with the parking brake still engaged. When I confronted the tech, he said my brakes were sticking -- which is completely false because the truck has brand new calipers and pads installed professionally. I told him the smell was clearly from the rear because the e-brake was left on, and he literally said, "It doesn't matter." That comment alone tells you everything about how little care they have for customers' vehicles. After all that, my alignment is still off, my truck still shakes at 40 mph, and my steering wheel is still crooked. I've now wasted three trips, time, and gas, and they still couldn't do the job right. I'll never bring my truck back here again, and I strongly recommend others avoid this location. Completely unprofessional, careless, and disrespectful.

Before I got a chance to pick up the car, I got a call from Connie, letting me know that the inspection was done! The issue was they didn't follow proper procedures for giving the vehicle back and waited extended period of time for the technician to test drive the truck about 1.25 hrs They handed me the key and said good to go. I asked if they needed another day with the truck and was told no it is good. I finally got in the truck around 6:10 at night took off for home tired from the day. Next day notice the windshield had a chip in it so I called. No one would call me back until 4 weeks later after calling every week finally got someone who I thought would take care of the situation Nope wants me to claim it under my insurance they pay deductible? So my insurance would go up because of damages the crew created no Next they say they will pay half. Again no they all agreed the truck came in with no damage to the windshield it's clear in the check in photos So I ask them to check their lot cameras and again 2 weeks the service manager has promised to call me back and refuses. Very disappointed in this company I explained to the manager in my line of work we take responsibility for any mistakes and I do everything in my power to make it correct for our customers.
