I was told 5 minutes later in email after I reserved the unit that there wasn't any 10x7x8 units available but would be given a 5x15x8 unit at the same price. Miraculously my things fit into a 5 x whatever space, so I agreed with some suspicion. They are still advertising 10x7x8 units after switching me to a 5x15x8 a week later. So the first round of paperwork comes in and the numbers all add up, so I signed. Then, a week later - for no reason - I receive an email stating my unit number changed, asking for me to resign the paperwork. This paperwork had the unit at $15/mo a month more than the previous paperwork I had already signed. Good thing I read paperwork, they almost got away with some classic bait-and-switch. At the end of the day, these are your personal goods, your family heirlooms, things you care about. Take this cautionary tale seriously before you entrust this group with it.
