And I suddenly found myself without a tank. Needless to say I was not happy. But, to their everlasting credit, the gals and guys at this branch of Suburban Propane were very VERY apologetic. And, more importantly, they immediately bent over backwards to correct the mistake. They were beyond professional, calm, and precise. And everything turned out a-okay. Hey. We all make mistakes. Right? But what's important is these guys were 100% focused on fixing the situation, to my satisfaction. What impressed me the most was that I'm a small fry. Definitely not a "high value" customer for them (I probably won't use more than a tank a season), but they treated me with respect. The golden rule. They treated me how they would want to be treated if the situation were reversed. That's so rare these days. I've shopped around a bit, too, and these guys seem very competitive on the $$$ for a propane delivery service. So the price is definitely good for me. But it's the commitment to treating customers well, no matter how big or small, that made me write this review. Bravo guys. Bravo.

The excuse was that it was a cold and snowy winter which disrupted their schedules. The Mitchell website is basically useless. Their is very little detail and visibility into your account. Also other companies offer remote monitoring devices that they can monitor as well as an app you can follow as well. Mitchell pricing is not the best as well. Look elsewhere for service.
