I am a pretty patient person and I understand this Dutch Bros is very slow and I happened to be in a hurry this day so I ordered online. When I get there my order had been placed for 30 minutes and was still incomplete. I waited another 20 minutes before I had to tell them to cancel the order (that they hadn't started for whatever reason) because I had to leave. I hate to be "that" person but I was very disappointed with the service.
