Everything here is perfect! I forget how much I enjoy a good donut until I come here. I rarely I'm craving one, but when I do, I usually find myself here. Have amazing gluten-free and vegan options. The S/O and I (we're both vegan) eat here all the time. The vegan snausage rolls are my favorite. The snausage is great and the roll part is perfect. I'm not a fan of sweets but enjoy the donuts, cinnamon rolls and such just fine. The GF donuts were DELICIOUS!. Most GF donuts I've had are cake donuts (after 5 years of GF donuts..I'm tired of cake donuts) these didn't seem like cake donuts. Their GF donuts today were the mini ones, they had glazes and toppings. I ordered a dozen thinking my husband would eat some but he got regular donuts instead. I also saw a GIANT apple cinnamon fritter so I ordered that too. The guy at the counter was super nice and very helpful. He answered all question I had. There is a small parking lot in front of the store and also a drive thru option. I have gone through a couple times and also walked in a couple times. My most recent visit we walked in and it was towards the end of their open hours so there were some specials to help get rid of items which was nice. I appreciate that they have lots of gluten free and dairy free options available. These type of bakeries are hard to find. Big Baby has continued to experiment with different gluten free options and I will say they have continued to improve on each of my visits with the flavor and taste. It's always exciting to find a bakery with gluten free items because it is a very rare find. These doughnuts and cinnamon roll I had were INCREDIBLE. Immediately after I placed my order i received a call that they didn't have any and I needed to substitute the entire order. i then wanted to cancel and they didn't give me any info on canceling. After the call i searched to see when i could get a refund to find there was no info on the matter. in which case i had to call back just to be told that refunds are issued end of day. My wife and I cam here at about 11am, after church, on a Sunday. It should be a good time for donuts. We walk in, and the inside does look very nice. The smell of sugar absolutely hits your nostrils right away, and they do have very good looking donuts. There's no actual way of knowing the price of anything. I get most people order by the dozen, but even with that, there is nothing to actually look at to know how much each item is. I would suggest, since there is so much extra room, to have pricing on each shelf, based on the donuts you decide to put there. As I said, they do have fun flavors, some massive cinnamon rolls, vegan and GF options, and even some awesome looking sausage rolls. As for as diversity goes, it's a solid option for multiple flavors. My biggest complaint is the disorganization. Not just in pricing, but I ask questions, and no one knew a legitimate real answer. it was always a "I think it's this" kind of answer. No for sure price, no answer to what kind of coffee they have, and no organization to the way the donuts were placed. It just seemed very thrown together. When it comes to the donuts, I only tried one, and I always judge off of a basic chocolate dipped donut. They were almost too airy. No quite enough body to them. The chocolate was not quite strong enough, and the glaze was a bit weak as well. Again, seemed a bit thrown together for me. Overall, I did not have a bad experience, but I did not have a good experience. Simply "OK" hence the 3 star review. Very average. read more

Of course I had to get & it's something I highly recommend whenever it's available/you get the chance. The Hatch Chile was smoky, nowhere near spicy (for those who don't like a little kick in their food). Slight cheesy, it was great. As for the Cherry Pie, a perfect way to balance out the savory. I enjoyed that it wasn't super sweet. Donut was cake-like (I loved it) & the toppings really reminded you of a pie. I got a coffee to make it all complete.
