When Josh examined the garage, he found a mess of what the previous owners had "Jerry-rigged" the old opener but didn't do it well. The way they had it rigged, it could have broken and fallen on my car at any moment. Besides one of the slats on the door had been damaged and was hanging on by a hair. Since there were so many issues, I called the landlord and Josh suggested a new motor to replace the archaic one that had been rigged incorrectly. He did offer the landlord to fix what he could of the old one, because it was still working, but the landlord agreed to a new one. Josh came back a few hours later and installed it beautifully. Scott came out today and said they are just dirty. I mopped the garage while he was here and showed him how the stains from air/exhaust do not come up. Also stains where the tires are. The patio is total disappointing. We have used a floor scrubber, power washer, and mop and it is impossible to get the dirt out of the grooves without getting on your hands and knees with a scrub brush. This is not what we paid $6000 for. We told Scott we felt their was insufficient sealer. He disagreed and said there is nothing he could do. I wished we had gone elsewhere for this job.
