I was a regular customer with my three dogs. I had to cancel last minute due to radiation fatigue for 1 of the dogs. I rebooked for the dog and they then hounded me for a credit card number for the rebooked appt. Texts, voice messages, etc. for 2 days from the owner, I think. With multiple Dr. appts. & fatigue, I wasn't able to get the numbers to them. So this morning I get a text saying they will have to cancel appt. if they don't get my credit card number. Less than 5 minutes later, they cancelled it. No chance to call them...sad and rude. Lack of consideration. Thought we had formed a working relationship. I was very apprehensive about taking my Freckles to a groomer for the first time but he absolutely would not let me near his nails even when I put peanut butter on my forehead. I decided to take him in and when I saw how caring, informative, and wonderfully priced they were, I decided to let him get the works. He was giving the groomer kisses before I left so I knew he would be ok. The more we go back the more comfortable he will become and his coat and nails look amazing. Thank you ladies. I don't have a lot of experience with groomers my first non shedder. I was early and I walked in and my puppy is on the table. Her worker was flustered and when she didn't answer her phone she took my dog off the table and literally threw him into a cage, my dog sat in the cage shaking, to take money and make another appointment. Disillusioned by the managers decision to charge for a service that I paid for. My dogs ears were not plucked and I understood it was to prevent issues. I was told I could bring him back for the service at another time. I called , texted, and no response. it seemed as if something is wrong with their phone; the messages were full and I couldn't leave voicemails. Eventually, I went in to the store. The groomer remembered me and was really nice and accommodated me for later that week. Today, I called several times to schedule a better time to get some more services another lady was very informative and said they were having issues with their phones and computer , but did get me in. Minutes later I get a call from the manager and she said that due to it being too long of a time since last grooming, she has to charge for the ear plucking. No accommodating, no listening to me when I protested that I had texted and called several times and went there etc.. It's not right to pay for a service I was never given and already paid for! she was really nasty and dismissive to me. I will never NOR DO I RECOMMEND ANYONE HERE. Good management is critical to retain customers and quality services! It's mostly common sense and helping a customer feel heard and providing a service. I feel bad for the groomers there. Dropped my dog off at 8 am and picked my dog up at 9:15 am. They charged me 10.00 extra for boarding fees! Also my dog barked and howled and they said I can no longer bring her in the morning has to be last time in the day! I paid 60.00 for them to give her a bath, dry her and they were supposed to cut her nails, they missed cutting nails on two paws but painted her nails hot pink. They were RUDE when I picked her up. Our groomer at Paradise has always, always been fantastic, but the owner or manager there, who was never rude to me, was repeatedly rude enough to my wife, who is Latin, that we have since gone elsewhere. My daughter even went with her one day and could not believe how rude this person (the owner? the manager?) was. But I want to reiterate that our professional groomer was just super with our pain in the butt dog. This person said if we retracted our initial bad review we could come back, but really, who would want to. And now in response I'm sure she'll say some crap about our dog being difficult, which I've already admitted to, Our neighbor left as well, and she also said it was for rudeness. read more

If you are looking for a place that actually spends one on one time with your dog, this is the place! She does not board them for hours like most places. Well, we've been having trouble finding a good groomer in Cape Coral that doesn't make our Labradoodle bleed or have to stay for 6 plus hours, today took the cake! Not one but both ears were cut with scissors and she was bleeding out when my Son picked her up! They weren't bleeding as he paid them for services and all the sudden they are gushing and they're like, yeah you need to take her to the vet! Thank goodness our vet is right next door and he walked her over, I met him there and we spent two hours with the vet, cleaning and trying to get the blood to stop, not the day I planned for. I was hoping that the place will do good due diligence and refund the grooming and pay the 109.00 vet bill, not to mention I took 2 .5 hours off work to spend at the vet as did my Son. Yes, she was matted and we understand it's difficult to groom, but the lack of empathy or the fact that they watched my Son struggle to pay using their card reader while our dog is bleeding all over him leads me to this. We had high hopes based off past reviews and "a letdown" would be an understatement. They did not offer anything to help the situation and honestly seemed frustrated that our dog was bleeding everywhere. In fact, their advice was that "you should bring her to the vet later if this keeps up" as blood is soaking her face... my Son said, "uh she needs to go right now" and literally walked her over there. It's not about the money, because we care so much for our baby, and no one should have to go through what we went through today. read more

WOW! Both Ralphie (dog) and I love this place. He wasn't traumatized for once and looked great after his grooming! Stephanie takes her time, and since she only does one dog at a time, finishes quicker than any other groomer I've had. Her place is clean and you can tell she loves what she does.
