When I arrived, the owner immediately told me that no one would have told me that and repeatedly insisted I was wrong. The employee who took my appointment later confirmed that she had, in fact, given me that information. Rather than apologizing for the misunderstanding or offering to continue the grooming service, the owner refused to provide any service because I was understandably upset after being accused of lying in front of other customers. I left embarrassed and inconvenienced after taking time off work for my appointment. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when the mistake was made by the business.

Kevin is amazing! Not only was he reasonably priced but I found out that he comes to your home. Wow! No more time for my pup to spend in a kennel waiting of me for spending 30 minutes drive time. Kevin is amazing! My sweet pup loves how he looks and he looks great every time. He also loves Kevin. Kevin is gentle with he pups, gives you a choice of what type of shampoo or conditioner you would like without any upgrade charges. Kevin is professional and kind does great work plus he comes to you! The best groomer ever!

Then off they went to The back room. I got a text that Jack was ready so I anxiously went in and there was my handsome boy, all trimmed, smelling great and with a cute bandana around his neck. Trinity explained that she took the muzzle off right away and he was so great with her! He was such a good boy!! A bit squirmy and loud about his nails but a perfectly good boy for the whole process. I was initially very pleased with Furry Land Mobile Dog Grooming. I used them once, was happy with…read morethe service, and scheduled my next appointment for two months later. My appointment was scheduled for Monday at 9:00 AM. However, on Thursday, I received an email stating that my appointment had been successfully rescheduled to a different time. The problem was that I never requested a reschedule. If Furry Land needed to change my appointment, I would have expected a phone call to discuss available options rather than receiving an automated notification that the appointment had already been moved. The new appointment time did not work for me, so I called to discuss the situation. Unfortunately, I reached an answering service. They said they would contact the franchise owner and have someone call me back. Later, I received a call from a woman who identified herself as the manager. When I explained my concern, she repeatedly told me that she had not rescheduled the appointment and that "the system" had done it. While that may have been true, it completely missed the point of my concern. My issue was not who or what changed the appointment--it was that the appointment was changed without my knowledge, approval, or input. Rather than acknowledging that frustration or offering a solution, the conversation kept returning to the fact that the system made the change. At that point, I realized we were not going to reach an understanding, so I asked that my appointment be canceled and decided to find another mobile groomer. I made one phone call and secured an appointment with another groomer for the very next day. The grooming service itself was good, which makes this experience disappointing. Customer service and communication matter just as much as the quality of the grooming, and unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations.
